Ryan did a great job recently at my rental property. Even though it was late evening, he could accommodate my request. There was a faulty smoke alarm. I had only an unclear picture of it. He identified the exact replacement and came with the right tools without having to do multiple store trips.
There was a leak in my home due to the freeze (water has been turned off). He thoroughly checked inside the house to make sure that there was no damage inside the house. He even found the problem was because of the water heater valve and fixed it. He once again tested all the taps and checked the air filter, temperature inside the home, etc.. to make sure everything was tenant-ready.
If you need a handyman who can go above and beyond your expectations hire Ryan. I would be reaching out to him for my future jobs.
