This is an excellent nursery with knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming staff at all levels. I've dealt with the manager several times and he has been very professional and gone out of his way to accommodate my need. There was a slight problem with my order and he took care of it immediately. For all gardeners out there you must buy their"moon juice". If you kill every plant you touch this stuff will make you look like a professional botanist. It's packed with nutrient's and your plants rebound immediately. Anything that blooms will quadruple the blooms if you use this moon juice. I'm a believer and sold because I've witnessed the results. Happy to have a quality local nursery that's well staffed and well managed with quality product's, materials, shrubs and trees.

Moon Valley has excellent experienced staff that answered all of cour questions. Today Jess helped us pick out our beautiful xmas tree and set up the kiddos with fresh hot chocolate and an ornament building station. Overall very festive experience and fun day.

Me and my fiancé wanted to do some browsing, we stopped in for the first time and walked the 11 acres, they have a huge selection of trees and bushes, a bunch of flowers and decorations. It was beautiful. Mo helped us find some flowers to accentuate our balcony and get some color in. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in her plants and fun to talk to. Thanks Mo!

From start to finish Moon Valley Nurseries of Fort Worth have been awesome. We wanted something that would look good year round and survive the Texas summers. They delivered. They also gave watering recommendations and will be back out to check on the plants to make sure that all is going well.

Great service! We purchased a giant tree from Moon Valley Nurseries Fort Worth. Matt Chavez and his crew planted the tree yesterday. Matt was very professional. He and his crew of men went above and beyond. This was our second purchase with Moon Valley. I highly recommend them.

We have found our new nursery for all of our gardening/landscape needs. It all started by calling and reaching Roxie on the phone. I had a question about a specific plant and she was so nice/helpful I came up in person even though they didn’t have the plant we wanted. She walked me around and helped me pick out something different but would work better with the climate.

We had great experience with Moon Valley and the staff. They were all very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect trees for our needs, including meeting HOA guidelines. The crew that planted, led by Anthony, were outstanding and took extra care to make our yard beautiful. You can tell they really care about doing things right even with a special sale package.

One of the tree trimming crews from Moon Valley Nurseries of Fort Worth came out, and trimmed three of our Live Oak trees. Two mature trees needed to be cleaned up by taking some of the small branches to allow them to breath better and more sun shine in them and through them, then one live oak that had come up under a cedar tree so it needed some serious considerations on how to help it best survive future wind concerns and tree shaping to enjoy it for years to come.
The Tree Care Foreman, Brailyn was awesome in his knowledge sharing and listening to what we wanted and hoped he could provide. He recommended to lower the height of the tree and take out much of the smaller branches, to allow the same as the mature trees in the front yard, but this one had concerns that would need to be done over the next 12-24 months, so to the way the tree had grown to date. This man is also about to serve our country in the US ARMY, leaving behind a wife and kids. He is an amazing young man, and I am asking for prayers for him and his family. He will be an Army Medic, and has a heart of gold.
On Brailyn’s crew were Sebastian and Timothy, both Groundsmen and did a wonderful job on both of the front trees. Once they were finished climbing and trimming the trees, the yard was left in better cleanliness than they found it. Thanks!!
Moon Valley also invested in training another tree care administrator, who was out to watch Brailyn’s crew to learn what they do, how long it takes, and interact with the customer and such to better understand what is expected and how much time it all takes to continue to improve in time and costs for these type of requests from the Moon Valley Nurseries customer family!

Came in for the first time since new ownership (old ownership wasn’t very kind) - JEFF was a 5 star human! He met us at the front door, allowed our twin daughters to feed the koi and turtles (which they loved) , walked us through the property (wealth of knowledge), helped us find the perfect additions to our beds, retrieved a cart, carted our items to the front, and checked us out. 5 star employee, 5 star kindness, & 5 star service!!

We had a VERY pleasant experience working with Moon Valley! We were on the hunt for trees that would offer us privacy from our neighbors. We had done a lot of research and were sold on Eagleston Holly trees but didn’t know who carried the actual tree variety. We drove by Moon Valley (Ft Worth location)…just to look…and walked away with an order for 10 trees. Jeff and Nate on the sales end made us feel comfortable with our decision and that we would be taken care of. Signing up for the protection plan…made us more comfortable with protecting this investment.

The icing on the cake is this…the delivery crew (aka planting / installing) crew! What a fun and conscientious bunch this was. My husband and I requested a delivery date to fall on a Friday. Apparently that’s not a norm…but they made it happen for us! Our crew ended up consisting of four extremely conscientious and meticulous foremen who got the job done (JB, Ernesto, Jacob, and Leighton). They met our requests of planting with care around our lawn and pool area with white glove service!

All I can say is…this is our new favorite nursery and when we’re in the market for MORE trees…we’ll be back! Thank you Moon Valley!

You talked to my husband Chris Gray a couple weeks ago about a palm tree we got a year ago and it died. My husband had nothing but nice things to say about you after he got off the phone. You approved the tree to be replaced and we truly appreciate your help with that. You are definitely in the right position of your job for customer service. I was a store manager for Foleys for 15 years and Target store manager for 25 years. Thank you for taking care of us.

I also want to give recognition to Roxy at the Saginaw store. We went in there after he talked to you and we were taking care of by Roxy. She was so pleasant from the second we walked in until we left the store. She is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She genuinely was so friendly and so nice and made our experience so special.
She helped us pick out a tree replacement and shared some helpful information. It’s good people like you and Roxy that make a difference in people’s lives.
