Chuck came out, gave me an estimate (for free) on site. He actually talked me out of spending more money on something I did not need. He's just that kind of person, he cares about his customers getting what they need. His installation crew was extremely professional. I would absolutely use Window Genie again!

Awesome customer service, skilled and knowledgeable technicians, and VERY clean windows! I highly recommend Window Genie. Professional from start to finish at a very reasonable price. For reference; I used the Ft. Worth location and Chuck Street was fantastic.

Used power washing services on a 400 sq ft patio. Crew was courteous—scheduling was pretty good too (although they did change our time several times but fortunately I was home all day). Power washer damaged my patio concrete and was given a $40 discount for the trouble—thought furniture or rug would cover but unfortunately the location of the damage is not inking with where those things go. Don’t know enough about power washing (as this was my first experience) to say if it could’ve been avoided—thinking probably as the crew was able to clean the rest of the area without damaging.

We have used Window Genie for several years and they always do a great job. Good communication and follow up.

Our windows were in dire need of a good cleaning (embarrassingly so). We just had our windows thoroughly cleaned by Window Genie of Fort Worth and we could not be happier. All windows, inside and out, bottom tracks cleaned out, front and back doors and mold / staining of exterior brick window sills all handled.

Wanted to share this with everyone in our communities in case you need a similar service. Window Genie of Fort Worth is owned by Chuck Street whom when he came to our home early last week for an estimate was very professional and courteous.

The two individuals that came this morning, John and Jason, were outstanding, kind, professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I also needed some help moving a couple of pieces of furniture out of the way and get put back into place which they were more than happy to help us with.

Very reasonably priced. My wife and I are extremely happy with them and will definitely use them again.

We had all our windows and screens cleaned by John H. and Micah. These two gentlemen not only did a fantastic job they were very kind and professional. They observed all safety precautions as well in these times. Took there time and did every step with quality.
This is the third time we used Window Gene of FT. Worth and we will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Widow Genie tinted all our our windows on the backside of our house and around our front door area. From start to finish Chuck communicated very well and they worked with my schedule to complete the job. The did a great job and we are very pleased with the work performed and the price we paid for the work. I would definitively hire window genie again!!

I have been with Chuck of Window Genie since 2014 and they are very professional, arrive when they say they will, are always respectful of my home and are very polite.

As I now have a regular schedule with them for both interior and exterior, I know I can rely on them to advise me of my next appointment and confirm its suitable.

I had my front storm door tinted in order to cut down on heat transmission. Excellent quality work, excellent product, and very pleased with the turnaround time. Highly recommended.
