Two technicians performed window, screen and track cleaning, as well as gutter cleaning, pressure washing my house and all exterior surfaces, including driveway and pool deck area. They were professional, efficient, friendly and did an amazing job! My house, windows and concrete have never looked so good! I feel the price for all these services was very reasonable and I plan to contract these same services on an annual basis.

Window genie installed tint on my way which came out amazing and the customer service they provided to my family through the entire process was amazing. I highly recommend them for to anyone looking.

These guys were terrific. Very prompt and professional. Explained everything very clearly and did a really great job of getting my '41 pier and beam cleaned up especially the black moldy stuff. Even included my front porch and the inside of my front door which was not in the estimate. Thanks guys. Great job.

First few years great job. Last year they changed procedure and would not store our lights & wreaths. Price was higher, plus not pleased with early options to have lights up by end of October. I will be using another company for this 2023. Never used for window washing price quoted higher than other companies.

John did an excellent job. I had some friends over at the time was working. They asked for his business as they were impressed with his work. I had told them I have used Window Genier for several years in in my new home. Thank you , Chuck for email reminder as I knew my windows needed to be cleaned.

Tanner arrived timely and was incredibly thorough on sharing process of the job, completely answered any questions I had, then started job with his assistant. They were both extremely gentle and careful removing screens from all windows to be washed, followed by a stellar job cleaning both the interior and exterior of all windows and doors with glass. I have been and will remain a long term customer, with visits once every six months. Tanner is an incredible asset to this company. He does his job with what I believe is an excellent understanding of customer value and what we, the customer expect from this service!

After just moving in to a very old house I was not so happy looking out of dirty windows everyday. After coming out to inspect the windows I was told to wait for an estimate. The estimate came almost immediately and I was fit in to the schedule within a few days! I was very happy with my experience. They did an amazing job!!!! I was treated very well and they were extremely friendly and efficient! I would recommend again and again. Amazing job!!

This company is awesome! 5 stars is not enough! Great customer service, great communication and very thorough and knowledgeable about their product.
We had just bought a newly built home, and called them out for window tint. The owner came out himself and explained all the differences, and answered all of our questions. We scheduled for installation. John came out to install, and did an excellent job! While he was installing the tint; he also notified us we had some issues with our new windows! Thank goodness he notified us! We of course contacted our home warranty right away, and now have 3 windows that the builder is replacing. If you're in need of window tinting services; we highly recommend them for the job. No doubt, they are the best!

Did a good job overall. When asked to dry spots from windows, claimed window treatment is streak free, so refused. Streaks left on window, we had to redo.

I’m looking out my office windows right now and it’s so clear and bright with the sun shining out there. Guys did a quick and wonderful job. The rest of the house is just great also.

I Just Had a cleaning service and gutter wash out from Window Gene, and I am AMAZED by the superior Job the crew did. Window Gene of FW will always have my business. They also Tinted my House windows with a superior film and I noticed a drop in energy bills for every summer for the last 5-years when they did the tinting. The tint still looks like it was just applied yesterday.
