Miguel did an excellent job from pickup to cleaning to delivery of a Tabriz carpet and Calvin Klein silk runner. He was on time for the pickup and delivery. The carpet and runner were expertly cleaned and look like new. He showed video he took of the carpet and runner being cleaned. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and will definitely have additional carpets cleaned by Kite’s Custom Cleaners.

My wife found Kites while search for a company to clean out area rug in the family room. After a year of the dog sleeping on it, a new kitten and general use the rug had become dirty a matted. They did an excellent job of cleaning the rug and restoring the pile back to close to original. I am really impressed with overall job. They picked up the rug and delivered it. Staff is very polite and courteous. We will be using them again for future needs.
