Miguel and Ivan did a great job. They did delivered two large carpets up a 3 story walk up with no sweat or complaints.

I highly recommend Kite’s for rug cleaning! Miquel is their rug specialist and is excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer oriented. Miquel and Ivan picked up and cleaned four large area rugs for me this time. One a newer wool, one viscose (hard to clean!), one shaggy Turkish wool, and one antique Persian - they came out absolutely beautiful. They moved and replaced all the furniture and were very careful with all my things. I’m very pleased and recommend Miquel at Kite’s without reservation!

True professionals who deliver great quality cleanings. Been using them for years! Most recently had my upholstery and carpet treated for pet odors and accidents. Merced and Cruz delivered fresh smelling and pristine looking furniture and carpets! They also recommended I include the turbo power scrub, deodorizer, and Protectant in my package and I'm so glad I did because the results are amazing. The protectant already saved me a stain from a few drops of coffee the next morning! Steam Master remains the best in DFW!

I called steammaster to come out steam clean my floors in aledo Texas, from the moment I called I was able to schedule a an appointment within the next day. They came out were very professional and looked at my floors and told me what treatments were necessary for the condition of them. The provided me with a very reasonable quote to treat them.
