To the guys at Backyard Butler, Stephen and Noah.
We are very pleased with the work they did today with our backyard. 40 feet long, 15 feet wide, 870 square feet, lots of furniture, cushions chairs and tables. They did a fantastic job with all of it. Not only that, but they called when they were 30 minutes away and arrived 30 minutes later. They finished the job in 3.5 hours. We are very pleased with the quality of work they did and we will have them back next season. Thank you Backyard Butler!

We had a fantastic experience with Backyard Butler! The first visit was rained out, but they got us rescheduled in a timely manner and when they came back, they did an outstanding job! Caleb was the lead the second time around, more crew showed up to help as the afternoon went on and our backyard has never looked better. We will definitely use Backyard Butler next spring and I have already referred them on various FB group pages and sent their info to friends. Great service!

Ethian Rosier and his crew were able to wash and polish everything on my patio and in the yard, including the windows, BBQ grill, and furniture in much less time, and much better than we could have. When they were finished everything was clean, shiny, and looked new again, even the BBQ grill cover. Great job guys!

Backyard Butler did not disappoint! It was a “white glove” experience. Every plant and piece of furniture moved for cleaning was put back in its exact place! Fantastic service and will use again. BT team cleaned my outdoor spaces which included furniture and cushions, gas lanterns, mud daubers off the ceilings, grill and stainless steel appliances and stone veranda. The cast aluminum furniture looks brand new and the shine has remained. The stone behind the grill was returned to its original condition which I thought was not possible. Their cleaning products have a clean pleasant fragrance. It took me 2 years to get my husband to agree to try them. He was reluctant that things would get broken and he would not be satisfied. Dez relieved him of his hesitations and came through in shining colors, true to his word, thorough and as promised. It's such a pleasure to sit outside now and we will be scheduling regular appointments to open and close our outdoor spaces. Lupita was also very professional and polite and a pleasure to speak with.

Ethan and crew did a great job. Patio furniture looks so much better than I have been able to make it look and all of my patio surfaces look fantastic.

Excellent service, so so happy! The crew came out and power washed my back patio, all the furniture, my driveway, sidewalk, and even cleaned some algae buildup on the columns of my pool.
They checked with me before they left and when I pointed out 1-2 small things or asked them to do something extra, they jumped on it. Super impressed with how they have trained their crew to be service oriented and to care about and value their clients.
I am using them again this Friday for my garage and windows. Side Note: I did not use them for the outdoor cushions as I had removed them and washed them myself. Also, Lupita, (office staff), has been nothing but a pleasure to work with and does everything in her power to be accommodating and helpful with the scheduling. She is a gem!
