Maidskeeping did a wonderful cleaning job. I am not able to clean my own home due to my busy work schedule. Now I am happy to call my place a home again. I will be using them again very soon.

We called on a weekend right before bringing a baby home and had someone out the same day. The lady they sent was super professional and understanding of our dogs and very sweet. Thank you! The house looks great 😊

QUICK COMMENT: In my 26 years in Fort Worth I’ve spoken to many cleaning companies and have USED 9 different services, some very regularly. So I feel qualified & confident to tell you to BOOK THIS COMPANY. I HIGHLY recommend. MAIDSKEEPING is FABULOUS.

LONGER COMMENT:
I had a LONG “To Do” List. Just moved to NW area of FW. Needed a House Cleaner- and quick!
STEP 1: google house cleaners. Freaked out at all the options - they all sound the same.
STEP 2: spoke with 8 different companies over a few months - booked TWO - but neither work. They really cut corners. I was bummed.
STEP 3: booked MAIDSKEEPING.
THIRD TRY IS A CHARM! :)

BOOKING: I had cleaning questions… (especially pet hair)… don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my Great Dane, but I HATE talking about my home not being clean… it’s silly, but I KNEW I wouldn’t have time to CLEAN before the CLEANERS, you know? But Krystel wasn’t phased AT ALL and was SO patient and kind, and answered ALL my questions thoroughly. She quickly gave me a quote AND sent me a detailed list of what to expect as well. I ALSO received an email with a LINK were I can book cleanings, pay and check the dates I’ve already booked, and see who is scheduled to come clean. Fabulous!

CLEANING: Carmen was the REAL DEAL. She knows her job well and is so thorough. She walked in, a spring in her step, and worked with me as I maneuvered my clutter so she could clean - never phased at all. I finished my clutter control, then she finished cleaning, and I’m sitting here looking at MY CLEAN HOME that does NOT look like a dog lives in it. FAB-U-LOUS. My faith says not to covet…but I kinda want to keep Carmen for myself for all cleanings, EVER. (giggle) :) No missed areas or spaces, she was friendly, quick but thorough, and I didn’t have to remind her of anything. I’m booked again in two weeks. BEST DECISION EVER - seriously. Told the hubby years ago that I’ll go without food to have the house cleaned- not kidding. :) SO GLAD I found my match with Maidskeeping!!! Thanks girls!

Kerri was on time, efficient, thorough and had a great attitude. She did a great job. I would use her again. Maidskeeping communicated well, with appointment reminders, fully explained service and responded promptly.

Harley was great! She was on time and very polite. She left our home nice and clean and smelling very good. I will definitely use them again!

Once my sister added working a job away from home to raising 3 kids already, she fell behind with keeping up the house and was super stressed. We called Maidskeeping for a deep clean, and they came out and left everything clean, shiny, and smelling so good!
My sis is on the schedule every two weeks now too; that way she has less stress and the help she needs to stay on track.

I have had an amazing experience with Maidskeeping. Alicia is so sweet and professional, and does a wonderful job on my home! I will recommend them to anyone who needs a maid service.

I needed to have a deep clean service at my grandma house as she can no longer do the things necessary of a deep clean. Maidskeeping was professional, prompt and most importantly, they can actually clean! My grandma was very happy with their service and we are considering signing up for once per month service.

Great service at competitive price compared other companies I called. They were kind to accomodate my urgent with half-day notice. Maid was very professional and meticulously cleaned and we are very satisfied with service. Please do convey our thanks and see whatever you can do to recognize her service. Maidkeeping came to my rescue. I fell and broke my femur bone in Oct 2023 and have not been able to walk on it. So needless to say I am not able to clean. My husband has done what he could but the house needed a good cleaning. I called maidkeeping and they sent out Enucheil. She did a wonderful job
and it was sparkling when she left. She was so sweet and made me feel that the job would be done right. Thanks so much for the great job. I highly recommend them for maid service.

They are awesome! They are through, and attentive to details. Their staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. It's not hard to book them and they are very responsive to my questions. Maidskeeping responded extremely quickly and came out within the time frame I needed, even though it was very short notice. They did an amazing job on a deep clean. I have a very dusty, old house and she left it spotless! Will be setting up a regular scheduled cleaning from them in the future! Thanks again Maidskeeping!!!!

Most amazing cleaning service. Got back in contact with me right away. They got us an appointment as early as the next day. Alissa I believe her name was did an amazing job on our whole home! They were Professional friendly and I highly recommend them to everyone!

Maidskeeping did a wonderful job deep cleaning my moms 2 story duplex home. It was in great need of a serious deep cleaning and we could not be more pleased. We live out of town and trusted Maidskeeping to do an awesome job and they definitely came through. My mom is so happy now. We definitely plan to continue using their services on a regular basis.

This company does an outstanding job. This is the second time I have used their cleaning services. The first was for a clean of one bathroom so that caulking could be completed. The second was for a whole house deep clean. I am so impressed. Everything I asked to be cleaned was cleaned very thoroughly. I now have a standing monthly appointment. Communication is very good, responses are quick, the individuals are always early for their appointment time, and I feel it is a good value for the money.

Maidskeeping is dedicated to punctuality, and customer satisfaction. Thy are very thorough and attentive in cleaning. Very pleased with the work they do.

First cleaning was great, done by Alicia. The rep we were coordinating with said that the home needed a deep clean every month, which we declined. Valid upsell, but we just wanted the standard cleaning.

Second cleaning was a disaster. They rescheduled twice within hours of when they were supposed to be there. Considering they charge $100 if we cancel last minute, that's pretty frustrating but we continued with the rescheduling.

When they finally showed up to clean, they were a few hours late, did a poor job, and left quickly. They also had the AUDACITY to charge us extra saying that they did a deep clean, when we had only scheduled a standard cleaning and CHARGED US EXTRA. The home was BARELY cleaned when inspected. While we did get this extra charge refunded, I am extremely dissatisfied with how it played out and will not be using this service again.

Michelle was absolutely incredible! She was on time, had great communication leading up to our appointment time, and did a fantastic job. She was very attentive during the initial walk through and made sure she got everything that was pointed out. Our house is cleaner than I’ve seen it in a long time, and it smells great too!

Wow! What a great experience! From my initial call and text exchange with Maidskeeping to their taking time to thoroughly answer my questions and ALL the way to the day of our Move-In cleaning…the whole experience was TOP notch!

Our home smells and looks wonderful! They even cleaned the tops of the ceiling fans and inside the vanities and cabinets!

We will be using Maidskeeping again for our cleaning needs!

I had a terrible experience from the get go. I booked a cleaning online, same day cleaning. They didn’t have anyone available, which was fine so we rescheduled. The day we reschedule last minute the cleaner can’t be reached… okay so we rescheduled again and then the same thing of the cleaner can’t be reached last minute. I really wanted to try and use them but it was unprofessional and frustrating.

It was an excellent choice for moving out cleaning services. They keep in touch from booking to post-service, areive on time, very friendly and experienced.
Home couldn't look better for the next tenants.
