I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Anna and rest of the Polished Cleaning crew. I worked with them long distance (I'm in Florida) to arrange for cleaning services for my mother-in-law who just had surgery and wasn't mobile. They were very responsive and patient in all the back and forth to arrange for the cleanings. My mother-in-law has also been very impressed with the quality of cleanings (and that says a lot coming from her!). But what impressed me most was the honesty - my mother-in-law keeps a very clean house and they actually told her that instead of a cleaning every 2 weeks, she really only needed once every 3 weeks. Polished cleaning services is a company that isn't just out to make a buck, but strives on loyalty and customer service. I highly recommend!

I cleaned offices 50 years ago in high school and used to clean my own apartment. I know what "clean" is, and I am the type who notices every last little thing that is wrong or undone. By the time Jennifer, the Polished Cleaning team member, finished, I could find only 2 very minor things that most people wouldn't have noticed at all, and she took care of them immediately. Jennifer was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was working at home while she was here, and she did what needed to be done while staying out of my way. If the service I got this time was an indication of how this company operates, they will have my business for as long as I live in this area.

Requested this service as a Mothersday Gift for my wife and the thorough clean and responsiveness floored us both! The cleaning professional was understanding of the messes that come with having a toddler and had a no-judgment attitude and was friendly throughout the cleaning time.

I had her clean all of our 3b2b besides our babies room (this is our first time with a cleaning service and we are crunchy-adjacent when it comes to chemicals near the child) and by the time I was done with the babies room She was halfway through the rest of the house. Amazing service & company! I found them on Yelp, and am so glad they service my area! I was looking for deep clean service, and then somebody to clean my house monthly. I needed a company to clean my house (with very short notice) before a party i had on the weekend, and they were able to fit me in that same week! They even brought in multiple women to insure it get's done in a timely manner. One of the ladies even played with my dog outside for a minute - which means a lot because i was worried about him being outside in this hot weather (my choice for my pups to be outside - they didn't mind if the dogs were inside). They did an amazing job with the clean! I'm so glad i finally found a company that I trust to clean my home every month (and they bring their own cleaning supplies!). Everybody I spoke to was super friendly. Very impressed with this company. Keep up the good work ladies! I will recommend this company to everybody looking for service!

Polished Cleaning Services has done an amazing job for us. We chose the bi-weekly service to give the wife a break from having to clean weekly. With three large dogs it’s a chore, and allows us to do upkeep. We’ve had the same provider and she’s as thorough and nice as can be.

DISGUSTING. And way overpriced not to even have the basics done. And this isn't all of it. I'm so sad to move into my new home filthy after paying hundreds of dollars not to.

We’ve been using Polished Cleaning for twice a month cleanings for a year and we’ve always had great service! We’ve had a few cleaners and all have been great. They’re always on time, very friendly, professional, and thorough. I’ve had to cancel and reschedule a few cleanings and the scheduling service is always accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
