Had a team of three very business like ladies who hit this place like a whirlwind. They spread out each with her area and made fast but very good work of it. Walked by one doing the bath room and she was standing in the tub spending serious elbow grease on the walls. As usual after they finished, we were reluctant to move back in and mess the place up again. The Cleaning Authority and their dedicated crews certainly has our strong recommission.

This company is terribly run. I have been using them for almost a year and had several issues/poor service. When talking to the manager he is incredibly rude, makes snarky comments and generally just treats the customer terrible. I was requesting to try a different crew since I had been unhappy with my current crews work. He just wanted to blame my dogs for their poor lazy service. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and the lack of responsibility he took for the service I received. Steer clear of the cleaning authority if you value being treated with any kind of respect. When I told him I wanted to cancel my service he replied with, “Good, we don’t want your business”

Love cleaning authority! Very professional and arrive on time. Their cleaning schedulr leaves every area of our home sparkling clean. We have loved everyone but Martha and Xiomara lately have been leaving extra special personal touches throughout our home which we appreciate. We will be using Cleaning authority for years to come.

Team #2 in Fort Worth performs a great service for our family of three boys and a dog. I always enjoy coming home from work to a clean house. Thank you Jalia, Emely and Maria for your service. They are in and out in just a few hours. I appreciate you!

Jhomara and Thalia left my home sparkling from one corner to the other. They kindly organized a small stack of “stuff” on my kitchen counter. They also reorganized and dusted a small bookcase in my study. To say my home has been transformed would be an understatement! They are both kind and professional women. Even my old cranky cat approves! I am delighted I chose Cleaning Authority to care for my home!!

Our regular team is Team 6 and they do a great job. Good attention to detail. With the pandemic and working from home we are often here when they come. They are in and out quickly and always wear masks and social distance. We have been using them weekly for many years, more than 10, and very rarely have any problems or complaints.

Today the ladies spent extra time on my home and really did a great job. Team 10 for the win!!! Rocio and Margarita!!! I love when the trash bag the bathroom has a replacement put in! Today things were extra clean!! Thank you for your attention to detail.

We are new customers to The Cleaning Authority first I dealt with the manager Jack he made this transition so easy and comfortable great at communication . I just want to say they do a fantastic job way and beyond , specially team #7 Angelica and Nancy I have never seen a house that clean before anywhere I hope they send that same team back every time .

I've been using this service for almost 9 years, and while there have been some times of frustration with things missed/overlooked, I have always been able to reach out directly and address it with the owner. Recently, I was assigned a new crew and Maria and Dalia did OUTSTANDING. My floors are super clean (my main focus), and they helped by outfitting my freshly washed couch cushions and laundry that was in the dryer.

I tried a couple of other cleaning services but failed (not satisfied) always. The Cleaning Authority is the best. Cleaning quality and customer service, manager's response, all were super nice and good. highly recommend! I will move to Dallas soon, and will use the Cleaning Authority continuously with this trust.

Emely, Dalia, and Diana from team#2 are such a blessing to us. They always do a good job, but today I’m especially thankful. We just became foster parents to two boys and our house was honestly a disaster due to trying to adjust. They went above and beyond putting it back together and cleaning. Thank you, ladies!

I have been a long time user of TCA. During Covid, I stopped hiring anyone b/c I was home and had time to clean myself. Now that we've returned to our normal crazy pace, I restarted after almost 3 years off and just had my initial deep clean. The team I had (TEAM 10-Charity, Vickie, and Brandi) did an AMAZING job cleaning my filthy house. Thank you TCA and especially Team 10, for giving me my sanity back.

We are very happy with the Cleaning Authority. We have been using them for about 3 or 4 months now and they are always on time and do a great job cleaning our home. They are very thorough and pay attention to detail. And they bring their own cleaning supplies. I would definitely recommend!

The team assigned to our home was wonderful for our initial cleanings. Their attention to detail was incredible. They asked for a five star review, so I was happy to do so.

However, the quality of service dropped after the 5-star review was posted. I privately let them know I missed the attention to detail.

That was the last service we received, as they claimed to be locked out for the next appointment. Not only was the door unlocked, we provided them with the code for our garage keypad. Our doorbell video shows the two employees chatting on our porch for about ten minutes. Someone from the office called our secondary number that we have clearly communicated cannot be answered during business hours. They did not even try the number provided for day-of-service communication.

When I (later) called to figure out why they didn't enter and how to ensure they use the information provided to enter our home. The coordinator I reached quickly became combative, so I was longer interested in problem solving and asked to end services with TCA. She said, "Yes, ma'am, we understand each other. You can go straight to hell. Be sure you put that in your review."

For my family's safety, the garage door opener has been reprogrammed.

Update: The owner DID refund the lock-out charge, which was a pleasant surprise. Hopefully, they are also dealing with the root cause of the unprofessionalism I experienced.

I have been using their services for about a month and a half now. They are great keep me updated as to when they will arrive, and is always on time. Tera and Emerald did a great job yesterday. Attention to detail is great. I highly recommend them if you are looking for regular cleaning services.

I moved my service from the Mansfield office to the Fort Worth office. Initially no issues but then the crew started arriving later and later than scheduled. This was up to 60 - 90 minutes later than planned. I made it clear to Mike about a month ago that I needed them here on time due to working from home on this date. I was assured this would be handled. Yesterday, the arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late. I left a message for the franchise owner to call. He never called back so called again today. Got a return call from Mike, who informed me the owner retired. Not sure who runs the company. Mike then proceeds to tell me they have a 90 minute window. Never was this discussed until today. I reminded him that he assured me this would be handled. After going back and forth, I told him to cancel my service and was about to ask to speak to corporate but was hung up on. Do not use this company! They also damaged several bathroom towels by spraying bleach all over the place.

Blanca and Angelica (Team#12) are FANTASTIC!!! They are professional and pay attention to detail. They always greet us with a smile and are pleasant and considerate. Our cat Sebastian enjoys their company since they find his toys under the furniture. We have never been happier with a cleaning service!

It was so great to see Gloria and Cinthia today! Team #6 always does such a nice job in keeping my house clean. I look forward to seeing them every other week and they always aim to please when I need a little extra attention to an area. Thank you ladies!

Thanks again for your attention to detail and to the management for making this a great experience with rebooking when we have things going on or traveling. I am coming up on my year's anniversary using the Cleaning Authority and Team #4 -- Ana and Graciela. They always are on time -- in fact earlier sometimes, which is great. They work quickly and efficiently. This cleaning service is the best value I've ever received compared with those I have used before. I highly recommend their services.
