I turned the disconnect off to my condenser unit to clean my condenser coils this Sunday. When I was done the condenser unit would not turn back on. After troubleshooting what I could, I reached out to Mark who did the original installation a few years ago. I was texting with Mark all afternoon who helped me figure out my disconnect was bad. After I replaced the disconnect, the unit started to run again. Little did I know Mark was on his honeymoon and he still took time to help me. Great service by Mark and Air Remedy!

Mark does fantastic work at a reasonable, up-front price. We’ve unfortunately had to call him several times in the past couple years, but he always resolves the problem. And that's all I want. Not only does he have great customer service skills but he's also a highly skilled HVAC tech. He does great work. And he honors all warranty work that he does. Amazing job!
Mark did a great job replacing my ac and heating system. He had to modify the heating system in my house and it was flawless. When he initially came out to give me a quote he looked at my system and got my heating system working without asking so that my wife and I could stay warm until new one was installed. His price was very reasonable, actually beat the competition. It’s been in a couple of weeks since new system was installed and it works perfectly. I would highly recommend Mark at Air Remedy.
