Justyn was on time, communicated his arrival early and was professional throughout. He entered the house with his shoe covered, which I really appreciate. He was very experienced and took his time to explain to me how the system works. The system was restored without replacing any parts.

We are very happy with the work completed by North Tarrant Heating and Air Conditioning. Brett did a great job of working with us to choose the best system for our house; and Omar and their crew did a great job installing it.

Highly recommended if you need a new air conditioning system or are just needing repair on an existing system.

We've had a heating issue upstairs for a few weeks and called in another company. They told us to completely replace the zone dampener for $1,600. Instead, we called this company instead and thank God we did!

The technician arrives and concludes that the motor is broken. He replaces it quickly and that completely fixed the issue! He charged a fair price $450 for the service and the motor.

Justyn did a great job and the rest of them are pretty friendly too, so I'm glad we found them. Couldn't ask for a better service, 5 stars!

Justyn did an amazing job with the Maintenance service. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He installed a UV light quickly and explained what it was for. He also found the float switch was missing and replaced that. Finally, he found problems left by another company’s installation and fixed them.

I highly recommend North Tarrant Heat and Air. Justin was just out and did some work for us. He is very professional and did a great job. We have been using them since 2017. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you Justyn for such a great job!!

We recently had our HVAC replaced by North Tarrant Heat and Air. Our tech, Justyn was fantastic. He spent a lot time with my wife and I to explain all of our options. I thought the price for replacing the units were very reasonable. Omar and his installation crew were great. Omar explained everything that was going to take place and was very patient to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend NTHA for all of your heat and air concerns

I can’t speak highly enough of this company.

We worked with Bryan Kelly and he was the first technician that I’ve worked with that spoke to my intelligence, but simplified HVAC systems. He didn’t throw a bunch of technical jargon at me, was patient, and kind. Kelly spent two hours evaluating our HVAC system, explaining the pros and cons of every brand, breaking down the difference between the different SEERs, and answered all my questions about manufacturer rebates to find us the best possible solution. Kelly and his team went above and beyond to clean our vents, tear out and rebuild our utility closet, install a new unit and UV lights.

Omar was the lead installer and took such pride and care in his work. His team cleaned as they went. I’m so impressed and grateful.

Had Omar and the crew out for an emergency operation and they knocked it out of the park! Great customer service and professionalism. Had a chance to meet the owner Chris and was very impressed at his knowledge and understanding of the ins and outs of the job at hand. Also a special shout out to Benjamin handled all the necessary inspection requirements and getting me setup with the proper equipment.

Trustworthy company with excellent customer service . This is the only company I will ever use . They offer best prices and demonstrate superior knowledge with various heating and air conditioning installations . We have used this company for two complicated installations and Eric and his team quickly and efficiently followed through with seamless results.

I had an overall good experience with this company. My A/C stopped working on a Friday night and when I called on Saturday they were able to get a technician out to my location within an hour or two of my call. The technician was very nice and professional, put on paper boot covers before entering my home, even showed me around my attic since I wanted to understand what was up there but had previously been scared to go alone. My only complaint would be that the first person I talked to over the phone said the service fee would be $89, then a second person told me it was actually $125 on weekends. But when I explained what the first person told me, they immediately agreed to honor the $89 I was initially quoted. They also charged to repair an issue they didn't see on the initial diagnostic without asking me first, but they significantly reduced the price since they hadn't gotten prior approval, and I would have wanted it repaired if they asked. So overall a good experience, I'd consider calling them again in the future.

Received a service call for maintenance. My Ac was fine I just wanted them to check everything since my service company was recommended to. But after they came my ac froze up I left home at the same time the technician left but when I came back it was froze.

Was not our 1st call because we had a maintenance plan with another company for our annual check up on the AC unit. To our surprise was not what we expected with not having had ANY issues on previous yearly check ups. Was hit with a hefty estimate that something was wrong with it. So we had a 2nd opinion done by Service Champs and so glad we did, checked out the unit again explained the readings and gave it a clean bill of health. Except what will have fixed under warranty. Thank you SC for going the extra mile and patience with us to explain everything to our satisfaction. Now time to look at a change in company maintenance plans for our system it seems. Thank you Eric for your honesty and due diligence on informing us of the issues.

They tried to cancel my appointment the day after I made it for "emergency services" to other clients. They finally cancelled it on me this morning after repeated emails and texts leading up to it. Where I've done business it's first come first serve. I know those clients get you a bigger check.If it's an true emergency go handle it after hours if necessary. Cancellation reason given due to rain. Seriously? Here's my forecast for my service window of 2-4. Owner Eric and I had a good chat. Give'em a shot.
