We were serviced today by Eric V., he came in very professional and knowledgeable about our a/c unit & thermostat. He located a problem and fixed it. Thoroughly informed us what could have caused issue and how to fix it now (and our future). It's best to have knowledge on the equipment in your home to understand why some things happen... a/c units might have to defrost if you have it on cold & it's cold outside but now u need the heat especially if it's been very low temps... however Eric didn't mind telling us! Thank you Eric for the info and fixing the issue, we greatly appreciate it and how quick & efficient you were... If we need assistance again definitely be calling for you!

The technician shows up and starts diagnostics. He tells me the issues but has a funky attitude and offered me to touch the hot fan. He then said he didn’t have the parts and when I offered getting one of the parts since my neighbor had an extra, he said it’s probably not the same. He was short and didn’t offer another time he could come with the parts so at that point I was already thinking of another company who would like my business. As he was leaving I told him I was paying cash and he said “is it exact cause I’m not counting it and I don’t have change” I said yes it’s exact. So if you want rude service go with this company.

The service tech, Dylan was very knowledgeable and considerate regarding walking in & out of the house due to mud in the back. He thoroughly checked the attic & outside unit & previous feedback of findings, recommendations & didn't pressure me into any additional repairs.

I request for cleaning ducts and tune up, the gut call for offer services said this company do for $29.00, the technician come and make inspection for 29.00 and waste my time.... is really scam

The agent was very friendly and polite with professional knowledge of my system and was informative ,about preventive maintenance.

Our A/C went out over night in the middle of the Texas summer! We called them first thing in the morning, they actually cared about or situation talked us through some troubleshooting. Found a way to find us in the schedule within a little bit. David showed up, he is AWESOME! He found the issue within a few minutes checked the whole system for any other current issues and even some that could be showing up later. Answered and explained all our questions and concerns. Great company all around!

Had my AC units serviced today. Eric always does a great job. I have had him replace and service several AC units at houses I have lived in. They always give plenty of notice prior to the appointment and arrive on time. I highly recommend these guys.

We just had a small issue (not their doing), set up a next day appointment and fixed our issue.
