James provided excellent service and he did good work with my A/C issue.

There were some issues at the beginning of service due to mis communication . The owner Eric called to ensure everything was working well. He even gave a 10% discount. Eric was very quick to resolve any issues, and it was his priority to make sure I was very satisfied with the services

Technicians, especially the one that came to my house must be trained to upsell and lie!!

Had one come out he must have thought I was born yesterday!!

Tried to sell Mia coil that was not needed and wanted to charge $7000 to fix something so I called someone else out. They fixed it within the hour. It cost me $400. These people are crooks over here.!!

The technician that came to my house should be fired on the spot for trying to lie just to get a sale!!

So he could do nothing he said yesterday absolutely nothing to help us and I still had to pay $90

Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the field. Explained in detail Of what he was doing, and why he was doing it. Took the time to answer all questions and was very professional in all aspects, because of this I highly recommend.

My beef with this firm is that they have a $90 service charge that they do not apply towards the service. This is an incredibly common practice, but not for this firm.

I had them come blow out a drain pipe the other day, and it was a 5 minute job anybody could do. But, I guess I’d never realized they charge you $90, plus the full cost of whatever the work is. The tech said he would charge me $125, and even though I wanted to say “just charge me the $90 since you literally did nothing”, I said okay. He hands me the bill and it’s $215. He didn’t think to tell me the $90 (which SHOULD have been at LEAST waived) was part of the fee. I was in a meeting and had to just say okay and pay the exorbitant amount.

The lady I had called the day before told me the tech would probably waive the fee. Then when I called back to question this after I was billed, another lady and the original one said I was somehow mistaken. I know what she told me, and I know what the tech told me. And I got taken to the cleaners for a simple procedure that never should’ve been anything more than the service fee.

They do always have availability, even if that is a little suspect. But, I have never had an issue with their work. Just their outrageous billing.

Just know if you hire these guys, it’s the cost of the service + the $90 just to ring your doorbell.

David did an excellent job Installing my new nest thermostat. Even had to do some troubleshooting to get it connected and working.

David with Service Champs came out to service my two A.C units today. He was very professional, he explained everything that was going on with my units. I will diffently use them again.

DO NOT choose Service Champs. They charged me $1,250 to replace Freon in my AC unit one year after it was installed by them, claiming it was “bad Freon from the manufacturer"— something another licensed HVAC professional confirmed is not true. This feels like a dishonest and misleading practice. The technician also blocked my sister’s car in the driveway until payment was made while I was at work, which was intimidating and completely unprofessional. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about this unethical practice. To top it off, the job was left unfinished with the attic light left on and the door open. Between the questionable charges, unprofessional conduct, and sloppy work, I would not recommend using this company.

David was prompt, quick to start work and provided estimates to repair potential problems. He made it clear that these were preventive measures and better to be performed now instead of a winter breakdown.

David did a good job accessing the problem then got the part ordered and James did the repairs.Both did a great job explaining everything and was very respectful.James got things repaired in a timely manner and got our heater up and working in no time.Service Champs are great company to deal with.

I had to replace HVAC system back in August. This company was very knowledgeable and efficient. The scheduling was fast and the install was quick. The heat inspection was today. Service tech Janes was on time, polite, courteous and efficient.

I wanted to take the time update my review and again say how great these guys are. I've been using them for several years now and they have always been helpful and have addressed my concerns. David came out today for a system check. He's super thorough and patient. He explained things to me that no one has before. Thank you again for your service.

James was very detailed with his description and photos with suggested repairs. He also wrote up a quote for replacement and/or repairs to get it working again. I would highly recommend James to do a safety and maintenance check on your heating and AC needs.

I had two very professional and knowledgeable technicians to service my heat pump. They found a faulty relay and checked the warranty. I received a thorough cleaning of both units. Great company and great team
