Incredible work! Our AC went out within 2 weeks of moving into our first home. Before contacting Air Motions, I had been in contact with multiple companies to discuss our options, see when someone could come out, get initial quotes, etc.

I submitted an online quote request, and I am SO glad I did. Steven called us nearly immediately and was so patient, knowledgeable, and willing to explain--especially when we had questions (and we had many!) He came out the next day to do an evaluation and was thorough in explaining everything. He even walked me through the basics of how the system works!

The price was incredibly reasonable based on what we heard from other companies and other people we know who had similar replacements/repairs. He was very clear about what we needed versus what was an "upgrade" and how much we would be paying, and his candor was very much appreciated.

The technician came out the following day! He was incredibly efficient, polite, and thorough. We were ready to go within a matter of hours, and now we are comfortably sitting in our fresh AC. We are SO grateful to have found Air Motions!

Office staff was right on top of the list for best customer service. Residential Manager Steven Spires was awesome to work with. From start to finish the process was seamless and with no pressure. Steve was very professional in explaining all our options, assisted with guidance on financing that fit our needs. The installers were very accommodating and respected our home. A wonderful experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their services without any hesitation.

The process was great. The inital visit and meeting was with Steve, whom we found very informative and knowable. We recevied a quote and agreed to purchase the 3 Ton Lennox HVAC option.
The installer was Christian, who did a very professional install. He removed the old equpment, and installed the Lennox equipment. Post installation, he perfomed the system checkout, and the equipment is performing well.

I have been very happy with the service I’ve received from Air Motion installers and technicians. They are knowledgeable, courteous fair and deligent to get the job done right. Integrity is another key component to this company. I recommend using them.

Our AC totally ran out of Freon and the duct system was in bad shape and I thought ii would need replacing. But they convinced me it just needed overhauling. They did an outstanding job revamping the ductwork….i was impressed ! They made a really great offer on the price of the new AC itself with only one day install. The worker bees doing the job were friendly and knowledgeable and at the end did a super clean up after the job was done. I would highly recommend them. Vance Atkinson.

The company sent Justin out to house to install, program and explain the new thermostat. He was a whizz at it. Very personable and even programmed our phones for us. Excellent Service ❗️

I chose the company based off my conversations with one employee. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The installers were extremely respectful of our home and took measures to keep it clean during the job. Overall a smooth experience with zero complaints (shocker!!!!) Highly recommend Tanner and the team!!!!

These guys could not be nicer or more willing to help get you what you need. Had to replace our system and they were incredibly fast and reliable in getting the new one installed. 8 months later, needed their help to have it looked at prior to home sale and they came out within 24 hours to make sure buyers’ anxieties were resolved.

Very nice people, the residential manager Steve Spires was full of energy and very willing to explain all information and answer any questions. He was upfront on all cost and things warranty did not cover. The crew that came was polite, friendly and well mannered. They arrived early and finished the job in about 3.5 hours. Great quality install work. Good company and great price for full install of a new unit ( indoor and outdoor). They hauled away the old indoor and outdoor units as well.

This is not a 5 star but that as far as it goes. These guys are heaven sent. Price unbelievable, the love and kindness only GOD can provide it. My family is at thank you to the fullest. May your business continues to blossom with the speed of God.

I recently had both of my HVAC systems replaced by Air Motions. After taking 7 bids on the job I decided to go with Air Motions because of the no-nonsense approach that Steve took in pricing, and his expertise in recommending system sizing and features that would work best for my needs. They had me scheduled for an install within 2 business days of my approval to move forward with the work.
On installation day a crew of 2 was sent to do the work. Brian, the lead on the crew was great! He went out of his was to ensure the pre-existing issues in old configuration were corrected while installing the new system. Both he and his assistant Rico worked diligently for 13+ hours (with no lunch break) to ensure the job was completed, and done right, by the end of the day. I was very happy with the entire experience from bid through job completion. I will be recommending Air Motions to my family and friends when they are considering system replacement.

My only critique would be that the amount of work in replacing 2 entire residential HVAC systems is too much work for a two man crew. While the installation team stayed focused and very professional throughout the job I could tell they were getting a bit frustrated in the later hours of the night. Even though they worked through their lunch break they did not finish until after 10 pm. Perhaps an extra assistant for even a few hours may have allowed them to finish their day in a reasonable amount of time.

Nicholas went out of his way to push up my appointment window a couple of extra hours, arriving at 10am instead of an original possible first window of 2pm. Took the time to explain what was wrong, and show me a thing or two so I can better service my AC unit moving forward, or diagnose a problem in the future - which is big for me, I love any learning opp of how I can be more self-reliant or "handy". Nick did quick work to get us back up and cool inside, was very pleasant to talk to, and did a great job representing a company I would be happy to call back out in the future without hesitation. Seal Heating and Air is probably the best, if not THE best, service around. Had a late night AC problem and called Ron and he showed up not too long after the service call. Ran some quick test and was able to resolve it quickly! My family was not going to have to sweat out the hot Texas night in the house. Definetly will be calling again and make this company your 1st call. Fixed our issue quickly, excellent customer service, and all around great job. Very pleased!

Thank goodness for Seal Heating and Air! Our furnace quit and they came out to our house within 15 minutes of calling! Pricing is great, service is excellent and we now have a toasty warm house. We won't call anyone else if we ever have any other heating or ac problems. Y'all are the best!!!

GREAT service! He was here - on a Sunday - within an hour of us calling. AND he had the unit blowing cold air for us super quickly! Not to mention that on the way out, he noticed an air vent in our kitchen had come loose and he fixed it for us. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about the service with Seal. I was selling my house and between moving out and the inspection my ac unit stopped working. Seal went out within 24 hours and Identified that the only issue was the smart thermostat I had installed died. They replaced it with an original thermostat I had and only charged me for the service call. Most other companies (knowing my back was against a wall because I was selling) would have tried to get me to replace the full unit. Seal was fast, honest, and frankly a joy to work with.

Excellent company with great customer service! Our exterior A/C unit crashed and burned in the peak of the July heat, and we scrambled to find someone to fix it quickly. Seal answered our call immediately and was on site within an hour and a half to fix the problem. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained the repair process thoroughly. The price for our repair was fair, and there was no aggressive "up-selling." I highly recommend Seal to anyone in need of A/C service, installation, or repair.

I googled ac repair near me and checked reviews before calling Seal, just hoping they would be good. They were better than good. Our ac just stopped working and when I called them they answered right away and were out within a few hours and we’ll within the time frame given. The communication was excellent; they even followed up at the end w a thank u text. We have a very old unit but told him if it could be fixed to do so. He found the problem and replaced the motor and transformer and we now have ac again that didn’t break the bank. No sales pitch on replacement. Will definitely use them again.

Ron was great to work with, very fair and honest. He provided us with same-day service and great communication. So happy to finally have a go-to guy for all our HVAC needs. Would highly recommend!

Nicholas was extremely professional and accommodating. He was understanding when we had to call him back out at a later time, our fault. He narrowed down a few possibilities and assured us it shouldn't be too expensive. Great business and will continue to use for HVAC needs!
