I have 3 ac units. One of which is very old. While mowing the yard I noticed the old smaller unit still running R-22 was whining and the fan wasn’t running (108 degrees). I quickly ran upstairs to turn off the thermostat. I suspected the capacitor was bad and ordered a replacement. I changed it out and the fan would run but the compressor just wouldn’t start. I knew just who to call but realized this old unit was probably just done. I called Ron at SEALHVAC and he agreed it was probably just time to get a new unit. I asked him to go ahead and put the order in and was quoted a very reasonable price to have the unit replaced. Ron wanted to make sure I didn’t miss something so he came to the house and checked the unit. He found I had miss wired the new capacitor and he wired it correctly. The system began to work again. This company is top notch. He could have easily just replaced the system but instead he went above and beyond to take care of his customer and saved me over 3K in the process. I highly recommend SEALHVAC!

I am thankful for how professional and prompt Nicholas was. I am appreciative of him explaining his findings to me, and then giving me options for moving forward. He answered any questions I had. He was quick, clean, and fixed the AC in what felt like 10 minutes, but I think he was there for 30-45 minutes. Now it's freezing in my house. I had to turn the AC down it works so good. I definitely recommend these guys.

Messaged Ron about 9pm expecting to maybe hear back the next day. Few minutes later, Ron reached out and said he could get us on the schedule the next day by noon. Ron arrived, diagnosed, and provided quote and information within a few minutes. He had the parts on hand and was able to get my AC back and working within 15 mins. This is my 2nd time using SEAL HVAC services with Ron coming both times. He is very professional, and doesn't waste your time and provides very reasonable prices for the work being done. Both times I have been 100% satisfied with the work being done. Thanks again Ron! I will definitely use SEAL HVAC next time. Veteran owned and operated which I too am a Veteran, so I love to call on them when the opportunity arises.

Ron is the man! We were broiling inside our house at 9 pm, other companies I had called told me they were 3-4 days out! Or wanted $199 or more just to come out after hours. I called Seal Heating and Air, and they gave me a ETA of 2 hours, Ron was very straightforward and helped me understand what was going on with my system. He gave me a thorough diagnosis, and had us back up in running in less than an hour. Very happy with his services and professionalism. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We had seal come out to service our furnace and inspect our AC unit. Both times Ron was responsive, honest, professional, and did not try to sell us unnecessary items/services we did not need. Their prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Ron has done great work for me and my family, at a great price. He helped me diagnose a problem by phone, and is honest about what needs a technician vs. what I should do myself. I recommend Seal any time a friend has an issue, even if they already have a company in mind.

We had Ron (owner) come out to do a furnace inspection in the fall 2016, and out again to diagnose an AC failure in July 2017. He came out at 10 pm and had us back up and running in less than 20 minutes. He's prompt, polite, thorough, and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend his services!

Our a/c wasn't blowing cool air and Ron said it would be 5,000 just to get the new systems for upstairs and outside (not a mechanical person so I'm not sure of specifics) but luckily he found a cut line which he fixed promptly. I'm happy with the time it took for him to get here and his honest service. I'm also happy with the affordable price. We definitely recommend for anyone and will be using for future endeavors.

We are so grateful to Ron at Seal! He found time to get to us when others said it would take days, he was efficient, friendly and honest, made a second trip late at night to ensure the unit was cooling correctly and our house was cooling down and didn't charge any ridiculous fees. Absolutely 5 stars from this satisfied customer!

Ron and Josh are simply professionals. They offered options for repairing my A/C units and certainly never pushed a sale. I opted for new units due to my originals being 16 years old. I later found out that the cost I paid was very fair through a neighbor who manages buildings in downtown Dallas. Ron and Josh are very easy to talk to and do quality work. I surely don’t want to call them anytime soon but it will only be them when I do.

My air completely stopped working today so I called a company to come out. Within just a few minutes of looking at it, was told that the compressor went out and since it was a freon unit i would need to replace both the inside and outside unit for 4900.00, which is not a bad price but money I don't currently have.

I then reached out to Ron at Seal Heating and Air. Even though he was completely booked for the day he made time to come look at it. He took the time to check everything thoroughly and to my surprise it was only a compositor that needed to be replaced. So needless to say I spent far less that 4900.00 and my house is cool again.

He went over ways to ensure that the house stays cool and gave future cooling options.
After all that he installed a Nest thermostat that I had purchased previously and really wanted installed.

I highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use him again and again.
I only wish that I could give more than 5 stars.

Great Service. I have a hard time finding good service professionals because most of the time I feel I know more then they do or that they mark up their rates unfairly based on the repair. Nicholas is not only a great tech but he explained his work so well I know this guy knows his trade well. I will be recommending him and this company to all my friends and family.

Best customer service I've seen in awhile. Very professional and understanding. I was able to tell him over the phone what was going on with my AC unit and he already had a few ideas on what the issues was. Got there on time with what he had said he would and worked fast to get us up and running again. Thanks so much Ron. Awesome Service! We called Ron on a Sunday evening and was over within 20 minutes. He was very friendly and detailed about what went wrong on the unit. No additional charge for coming out on a weekend. Gave us a great deal for our repair. Luckily our problem was only minor and he was done in 15 minutes. He will be our go-to guy for AC from now on. Ron did a great job! Fast, reliable, and for a great price! Another company was trying to take advantage of us, charging over 4x the labor cost that Seal Heating and Air wanted for the same job. The other company would not even warranty any labor of any kind without going even higher and getting a completely new system for over $10k.

Thanks for rescuing us from the cold without putting us out in the cold! Then, Seal found and fixed the problems caused by shortcuts and bad workmanship done by a company that is now out of business. I highly recommend this company. We had a great experience!

I could not be happier with the company and service! AC went out this morning and after I called he was very responsive and made it here within a couple of hours. Once he arrived, he was able to troubleshoot and repair within just a few minutes. He also checked the entire unit to make sure everything else was running well and gave me great maintenance tips. This will be our go-to company from now on!

Stop looking. You’re at the right place. I promise SEAL hvac is going to give you the best price in town and the best service. My husband called Ron back in June when our ac went out and after talking to him for about 30 minutes he was able to diagnose Over the phone and told my husband exactly what he needed to do. Didn’t charge us a dime. Turns out this completely fixed our system for under $100. I still feel bad we never paid him anything for that phone call but that just goes to show you what an honest guy he is. Fast forward a couple months and my parents ac goes out. They need everything replaced. Got quotes from companies all over, by the time I found out they were all set to go with another company and I suggested they reach out to SEAL to see what Ron said. Sure enough they did and he was able to install the EXACT same unit the other companies were offering for THOUSANDS of dollars less. This guy is the real deal. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore and he will always be our number 1 recommendation to anyone looking for quality hvac services. Thanks Ron!

Ron was fantastic. He was able to provide multiple options and took the time to thoroughly explain each. He did the job in the same day in 90+ degree heat. His pricing was the most competitive and the work was done with care.

Added July 2018: I wanted to add to my review for anyone wondering about Ron's service and warranty work. We have had some electrical surges here and my unit was affected. I came in one evening from a trip and my home was well over 100 degrees. I contacted Ron the next morning and he was out to my home that same day. He reset the unit, checked the air handler, and checked the pressure. He would not take my money for his trip and time :-). Ron's service and follow up was a exceptional and as thorough as his initial work. I highly recommend choosing Seal Heating and Air for all HVAC work.

Update: after 3 years of having this company I now wish I could give them 100 stars. They have always and continue to always be here for anything I need. As a home owner I would be lost without this company. If you need help with your ac don't look anywhere else. This is your place. I have had work done by Ron previously and was extremely happy. Now, just recently I had my AC go out and the first person I thought of was Ron. Answered me quickly and scheduled me in as soon as he could. Comes in, diagnosed the issue fairly quickly, told me what needed to get replaced and was off to grab the replacement. Overall, he got my AC back up and running right away. I can always count on him to take care of my unit. He's an honest guy and is not out there to sell you anything you don't need. If you feel iffy about AC companies, you should because they are after your money. Ron in the other hand, like I said, is just out there to get your AC back up by giving you exactly what you need and nothing more (unless you ask). This guy is someone I am definitely sticking with and will continue to use his services until he retires.
