He was on time very proficient. Neat explained everything to me. Show me the pictures and was here. Left in 30 minutes. Love it love it. Love it. Excellent service 10 out of 10.

Adam was quick and knowledgeable, and he was very respectful and friendly too.

Then later, Mark came out and did a ton of electrical and some plumbing. He found some big electrical issues, far more than he bargained for, but got them all fixed for me!

For HVAC service, ask for Michael! Many other Technicians and Companies have tried to fix our challenge but Michael finally did. We have a tricky three story house with a single HVAC unit and three thermostats. It uses dampers to control the system. We could never get all three floors to work properly until today! Thank You Michael!

Jordan came out on a Sunday night at 8:30pm and repaired the issues with our system quickly and efficiently. Great customer service skills and friendly. Knew the issue pretty quickly yet still checked all components to ensure the main issue. Answered any questions we had and was just overall great! We are so thankful to him and Comfort Services for coming out and fixing everything so we weren’t overheating in 110 degree weather!

Jerred came in and was very helpful and knowledgeable. He broke everything down in detail and answer all my questions and talked about all my options and things I need to know as a homeowner.

You know that saying about cheap, fast and good - pick 2. Well, they were cheap and good. The tune-up took two and a half hours. I've been a homeowner over 20 years and I've never seen a tune-up take over an hour. The tech said he was new, but that's a very long time.

We call them every 6 months for an A/C filter change. This time our technician was Joel. He took his time cleaning our outer unit, checking it for issues, then up in our hot attic changing the filter and double checking that everything is working smoothly and that there's nothing growing up there, no water in the pan, etc. We like these guys. They are clean, prompt and thorough. Thank you!

July 2023 update: This time we had Ian. He was thorough and professional, as well as likeable. Haven't had an issue with any tech yet, they are all so awesome.

April 2024 update: still using these guys, still happy. Our technician today was Mike. He was awesome: professional, knowledgeable and very cool. Checked out the issue I called about and stayed very late to make sure out was solved.

Cody was very friendly and professional. Services was quick and easy. I love the ladies who answer the phone. They are sweethearts. I highly recommend this service provider.

Had multiple issues with this company. Diagnoses kept changing—first it was the compressor, then the capacitor, then they said the system just needed help starting. Parts were replaced, but no one clearly explained why, and I’m still not sure any of it was even necessary. They seem more like salespeople than technicians—pushing expensive fixes you probably don’t need. Their membership plan is also questionable and didn’t add any real value. Wouldn’t recommend if you want honest, reliable service.

Alec was extremely professional when he arrived and throughout his visit. He was very knowledgeable on every point and was very kind to breakdown whatever questions I had. This was a great experience and I will look to them for my air-conditioning needs in the future.

Daniel is a phenomenally licensed / experienced Leader and leads an exceptionally professional group that are very technically knowledgeable.

Daniel communicated in laymen terms the scope of work (SOW), cared enough to be sure we understood the SOW, and ensured we paid for what was necessary, and not what was “nice to have.”

Daniel was exceptionally swift, had coordinated with the utilities marking team to mark the work area within 17 hours of request, secured the City’s approval to execute construction within 15 hours of request, and influenced excavation to begin within 2 hours of utilities marking.

Daniel was onsite to be sure the excavation was executed correctly from the beginning, to promote a “do it right the first time” mindset.

Daniel in-person / onsite managed every action along the way through completion, to ensure the job was completed correctly the first time.

His workmanship leaves zero questions as to whether or not the job was completed exceeding industry standards and in compliance with City permitting / code,

Bottom line, Daniel l’s your “go to” guy for all things plumbing!!

HVAC installation today. Very professional communication during negotiation of pricing options and scheduling of installation. Installation was conducted as scheduled and planned. Property respected. Technician was thorough in explaining operations to a senior citizen. Look forward to one year of free labor on warrantied repairs and two seasonal unit tune-ups. Thank you for awesome service.

Nathaniel was very helpful in responding to our questions and concerns regarding some electrical issues. He addressed each one and gave us the best solutions. He also gave us a reasonable estimate for future improvements in our kitchen lighting.
