He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my AC system and fixed it up in time for me to head to work when I needed to. Auge was great! He was able to come out super quick, diagnose the issue, explain the problem on terms that I could easily understand and demonstrate the pre- and post-condition if the unit so that I could clearly see the problem has been resolved.

If i could rate this company less than1 star i would. This group came to fix an AC system which was not working and proceeded to remove 3 zones from house this the deactivated the ability control the air flow and temperatures in three areas that used to work fine. All without my approval. He then had the audacity to want to charge me to put the capability back into the rooms . I discussed this issue with him and he verbally agreed to at least put one back at his cost . With the same level of integrity he had when he did the unapproved work he forgot all about this commitment and sent me a ridiculous quote . I am writing this off as a lesson learned and move on the someone else. Highly recommend you think twice about using this company

I was impressed by how prompt and professional Agustin was. I was happy with the service to get my heater back up and running as well. The best part of it was that he wasn’t trying to upsale me on a new unit. By working with me to repair the old unit I have, they have built trust with me for when I do need a replacement. I wish more service companies had this same approach.

Augie was great! I called around on a Sunday and he’s the only one who answered! He was here quickly and fixed our issue (a simple problem and he didn’t make me feel dumb at all… it was VERY easy! Haha) and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call him again next time we need some AC help!

Augie, was professional trustworthy and did a really good job explaining everything to me, so I can understand. He was punctual and knowledgeable! I had two other companies came out prior to him and none of them thought of overriding the sub-breaker in the attic, so there would be heat in the house while the parts are ordered! Thank you Augie!

I recently had some issues with my AC and tried troubleshooting it myself. I realized the fuse was out, so I called Augie for help. He came over and thoroughly checked everything, diagnosing the problem accurately. Augie was excellent at explaining everything to me, ensuring I understood the issue. He also gave me valuable advice on future care and maintenance to ensure my machine lasts longer. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, from the initial point of contact to the end of the service. Augie really took care of me, going above and beyond my needs and expectations. I am very satisfied with the service he provided and will most likely return to him for any future AC needs.

Last year a tech came out and put freon with dye in the system to find the freon leak. This year the system was out of freon and the leak was found in the evap coil. A matter of less than a week the system was not cooling. I had another person to check out why. There was a second leak by the compressor that was leaking worse and I lost all the freon. I don't recommend this company. Every time they come out they hard sell you to get a new system. All 3 times they've been out they have done that, instead of checking the whole system for a full diagnosis. And when they find out that they missed a leak and charge up the butt for what they did do, they won't make it right. In the medical community this would be called malpractice.

I called and spoke with Augie in the morning. He fit me into his schedule and was here within the hour. He took his time going over everything and then explaining everything to me.
I found this company through my realtor. She has a list of contractors and each one I've used has been great. I Will definitely be using this company from now on.

Fix My Air DFW just fixed our unit on short notice. I called on recommendation and they were able to order the blower motor and made the repairs same day. The company we normally use told me that it would be 3-5 business days to get the motor. I highly recommend this company. A++

Auggie arrived very quickly from the time of calling, assessed our unit and discovered the issue (a compressor capacitor that had failed) replaced the part and got our AC blowing cold air again, all in less than an hour.

The communication was top notch from the very beginning of scheduling to come out to diagnose my heater issues. When Agustin arrived, he was very nice to talk to and he took the time to listen to the concerns and explained what he was going to be doing. Once he began to diagnose the issue he explained it to me in the best way possible. I appreciated the transparency and honesty of not trying to upsell me but also being honest about potential outcomes in the future. I would recommend highly and will use going forward 5 out of 5 stars!
