We had the most wonderful experience when having our new A/C units, inside and out replaced. They are very honest and priced beautifully. They were never pushy with trying to sell equipment. The units they offer are top quality, Their workmanship was the best we have ever experienced!! They are very friendly, and extremely informative. They truly care about you as a customer and as a person. I will never use another company as long as they are in business. We highly, highly recommend them to everyone!!

This company took such good care of me! Augie determined that the major part of my unit that needed replacing was under warranty, something the other company never checked into. He went to get the part, returned within the hour and the entire process was completed in under two hours. Augie was professional and polite. Definitely Recommend! I am honestly satisfied I used Fix my Air DFW AC Repair to fix issues with my AC earlier today. My AC suddenly stopped working in the heat of this Texas summer. I found the company via Google, made a phone call to them, to which I got a prompt résponse and a plan for a same day visit. Such relief! Augstin and a member of his team came over, they were both very personable and professional. Augstin showed me the broken unit in the AC system, and the plan to fix it same day (another great relief!). He even explained measures I can put in place to likely avoid such issues. They fixed the AC for a very reasonable quote. We chatted for a bit, and I got to appreciate and respect talking with an experienced business owner who is obviously passionate and knowledgeable of his practice, and is considerate of his customer's experience with the service delivered. We had an emergency and these guys answered their phone and were able to be at my house in 2hrs. Assessed the unit. Informed me of what it would take to repair and the cost. And then we’re able to fix it. Thanks for being available to help!!

The HVAC system was replaced quickly and efficiently in our rental property. The tenants were very pleased with the equipment and the service technician. They were highly recommended by a neighbor, and I also highly recommend them.

They were able to come out the same day I called them and service my AC unit. They sent pictures of the work they did too which fixed the issues I was having with the AC. Very nice and friendly!

Steven came out and took care of some issues we were having at a couple of our properties. He also installed a new Honeywell digital thermostat at another one of our properties. He's great, communicates to us what the problems are, the resolution he suggests and and the cost prior to him doing the work. Steven is timely as does great work!

I was very pleased with Mike Reyes. He is A very competent repairman. Came Home and found my house heated up and air was not working. Mike came within an hour. Did the repairs and I’m sleeping under air-conditioning tonight. I’m very happy with his service. Thank you, Mike.

Just before the predicted snow storm of January 2025, my heater went out, I searched for a local service and found Mika Reyes heating and air conditioning. I set up an appointment with Steven Reyes, which he arrived at my home at the committee time. Diagnosed the problem got warranty to cover the failed part, and got my heater fixed.
