Mark and his crew did a excellent job replacing my main line coming from the street going to my house that developed a leak. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Incompetent managers and staff who never knows what's going on, never does what they say they will and no accountability. Techs seemed nice but misdiagnosed problems and just try to get you to spend $$$$ unnecessarily, I would be wary and rather use a small local service. Kept charging my card for months after service as well.

Daniel Andrade was professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly. Completed the work that was needed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend for any future work.

I had a fantastic experience with Mike, the service technician. When my AC stopped blowing cold air, he came to the rescue and had it fixed and running perfectly in under 24 hours. Mike was wonderful—he explained everything in a way I could understand, from what caused the issue to how he'd fix it and how I could prevent it in the future. His excellent service was the reason I decided to sign up for their service plan.

The service tech, Tyler, was fine. My issue was with the dispatch rep, Jennifer. She wasn't cordial, and was not very informative. I was told a credit card on file was needed, not that I would be billed before anyone arrived. In any event, my experience with her was unpleasant and influenced my decision not to move forward with this company.

Leo H. was my hero this week! My AC went out and he came to the rescue. I was blown away by his professionalism, expertise, and the care he put into getting everything back up and running. He explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. If you get the chance to have Leo help you, you’re in great hands!

Mark and Tyler were both Professional and upfront to what needs to be done and possible issues that might arise. Considered my family when dealing with work time frame to minimize interruption. Highly recommend.

Fix my air dfw was top notch, no question about it. He came promptly as promised and got it fixed asap. I also have to say very knowledgeable, understood the units very well and always looked for giving his customers the right and fair price. With that being said, I will always call him for my a/c needs. Like they say you pay what you get and this company is top notch.

I have been using Augie for the past couple of years since my neighbor had recommended him. My air conditioning compressor locked up on me a few weeks ago so I gave Augie a call to get the unit checked out and new unit quoted. Augie was able to come out less than an hour later to have a look at both of my units. He let me know that the second unit was still running very well for its age. He then had multiple quotes for different units to me by the end day to replace the faulty unit. He worked with me to find the best unit to fit my budget and needs. He and his crew were out the next day to install the new system. His crew made sure to lay down tarps to protect the floor and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of installation. Augie made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered before he left. Augie has always given me fair pricing and has always been very responsive. I always highly recommend his company to anyone looking for HVAC work to be done.

Augie was fantastic! Our AC unit went out and we have a newborn so needed someone to come same day to fix it. He came within an hour and had us back up and running. He was very responsive and helpful, walking my husband through everything he was doing. Highly recommend.

A late review from work done in June. Augie was very respectful and professional. He was able to come out the next day on a weekend and diagnosed my problem in 5 minutes, as well as being upfront about cost before proceeding with the repair.

This company is fantastic! Augie is very professional, so knowledgeable and very responsive. You won’t meet a nicer guy and he knows HVAC systems better than anyone we have ever used. Replaced some loose fittings our previous guy installed improperly and saved us from having a leak. I highly recommend them.

01/17/25 Update : had Augie come back out today and give us a system check to be sure we are prepared for the coming weather. Communication is great! Got a text when he was on his way. He ran a system check on our heat pump. We are good to go. So nice to know the system is running efficiently.
