Our service from North Tarrant Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. It was easy to reach someone, they were honest about the fact that they don't work on a lot of commercial units. Fit us in same day, and the technician was very knowledgeable and got our unit working! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Our AC and Heat stopped working the other day after another company came out to check on it a few weeks ago. We decided we wanted another company to inspect it again when it started acting up. We chose North Tarrant Heating and Air. Every aspect of the visit and service was exceptional. The service technician Justyn was thorough and knowledgeable. When it was determined that we needed a new system that would be more efficient for our home, the designer Brett came over same day and was also incredibly kind and knowledgeable as well. He answered all questions and explained every step of the design and installation process. Within two days they were back at the house with the installation team lead by Omar. Omar and his team were able to remove the entire rusting system we had in the attic as well as the broken heat pump outside. Everything was installed professionally with new duct work, air return, etc etc. It was clearly evident that they took pride in their work. We now have a new system that is fully functional and more energy efficient and it’s all thanks to North Tarrant Heat and Air.

Bryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and your response time was terrific! Management responded to my concerns and went above and beyond to make it right. This kind of customer service is so hard to find anymore. It is apparent we need a new HVAC provider and I think we have found them. I don’t expect something for nothing and I want good providers to stay in business, I just want to deal with people who do good work, make a fair profit, and bottom line me.

Very responsive, appointment available quickly, very knowledgeable, inspected our system and determined we didn't have as bad a problem as we thought. I very much appreciate the honesty, as another service company had wanted to charge us over $1200 for the "repair" that wasn't necessary. Very reasonable rate. Benjamin was courteous and professional. Definitely will call North Tarrant Heating and Air in the future.

Best HVAC in DFW. The technicians were thorough and professional. I never felt as if we were being taken advantage of or unfairly charged.

Very pleased with my experience. They even gave us window units while we were without air and were very careful not to get my house dirty while working. Not a lot of companies do that.

This is the second time NTHAC has showed up on short notice to take care of my family. Bryan did a great job of diagnosing and educating us on what was happening with our system, and explained options available to us that fit in our budget.

I needed an HVAC expert and contacted North Tarrant Heating & AC. Bryan came out the next day and identified root cause of my issue and explained how to greatly improve my system. He provided our quote and the following workday a team of 3 techs arrived on time, worked diligently for 5 hours and finished the job. I am very satisfied with both interactions and with the company overall.

Each person I dealt with from initial phone call to completion of the job was very friendly, professional, and competent in their particular role.

Thank you all so much! We have never experienced such a professional, kind, and knowledgeable company such as North Tarrant. The whole team was wonderful from start to finish. We had been researching for the past year and had several companies out to our home to give us quotes, by far North Tarrant surpassed them all. Everything was explained to us in detail and in a language we could understand. No gimmicks, no sales tactics, no pressure. Between Brett and Omar our system was installed in a day and a half. They explained the time frame and met it each day they were at our home to do major duct work and replace two outside units. They stood by their word and followed through every step of the way. We are so happy with end product and can without hesitation recommend North Tarrant to anyone who is debating on which A/C company to go with. The work speaks for itself! They were clean, covered all working areas to protect from damage, vacuumed all areas upon leaving each day and left both our attics in better condition than when they arrived . We are beyond pleased!

Update: The manager reached out to me . He was apologetic and offered to refund me the $500+ that we paid for the last service call, which I accepted. He offered a one year service plan for free (no auto renew), which I also accepted.

While the company has polite service people, our experirnce was less than great.
1. In Aug of 24, our AC was not cooling effectively. We called NTH&A. On the tech’s advice, we bought a replacement of the capacitor. The capacitor was warrantied. At the time we also bought a service plan—annual upfront cost of $300+–which i recall the repair person saying extended the parts, i.e., capacitor, warranty. It also gave us free service calls. The capacitor failed after a year and two days. It was out of warranty by two days, even with the service plan. We paid for a “patch” (my term) to the capacitor and a diagnosis of what had caused the failure. Also the tech inspected the unit in the attic. These services came out to over $500.
The tech diagnosed a weak compressor. In his paperwork, the tech found that the first tech had noted the same thing. My wife and I don’t understand why it cost so much to make a quick repair to the capacitor and to tell us something that according to the records we should have already known.
2. While NTH&A told us a weakened compressor could cause problems to parts of the HVAC system, if their service plan’s advantages, like free service calls and extended warranties on parts, are null and void due to the preexisting condition of the compressor (?), then it doesn’t make sense to my wife and me why the original tech to recommended the costly plan.

My heat died yesterday just before the "biggest winter storm ever " forecast .I was in a panic when I called North Tarrant Heating ,who sent a tech over right away .Our circuit breaker had a problem so I had to get an electrician to fix that first before they could work on the AC problem.Today Tech Justyn was prompt , professional and respectful .He fixed the problem in no time and gave me some helpful tips on proper maintenance of my ac unit and thermostat .He even helped changed my air filter for me which can affect how the AC runs .Best of all I didn't have to pay another call out fee as they didn't count it as two visits .It was my first time using this company and I will be a forever customer because they are professional,honest and fair in their pricing .Thanks you!

My compressor would not turn on. I changed the capacitor, still not working. I researched on line and saw North Tarrant Heat and Air. Brian came right away. Very knowledgeable and confident. He located the problem and repaired. I am very pleased and will use them again. 👍

Excellent service knew what to do. Only fixed what was needed. Omar and his crew were great! They took care and worked feverishly until the job was complete.

Avery arrived at the scheduled service request location on time. He listened patiently as I showed photos of our problem, and he checked our air conditioning unit to discover a Freon leak in the attic. He then checked the outside unit to determine the best solution to get us back in the cool! After his review he offered three solutions to resolve unit freezing. Pleased with his offerings we decided to replace our aged system based on his onsite recommendations and estimates. We chose North Tarrant Heating and AC because of our previous experience with their service at our home.

Our 12-year-old A/C outside unit was making a strange sound. The technician from North Tarrant immediately identified it as a bad condensor and told us we would need a new unit. We looked at various options and selected a 17 seer Trane unit. We are very pleased with the unit, the service, the installation and everything abouot dealing with this company. They are honest, dependable, reasonable and we will use them again and again.
