Texan Air is a great company. I need my whole A/C replaced and Jeff was able to get all the necessary parts and was quick to keep me informed on everything I needed and was able the schedule me to have the A/C installed in two days. Unfortunately unforseen financial circumstances arose and I had to cancel my install. Jeff was understanding and compassionate to my issue and wished me well. Although I never had the A/C unit installed working with Jeff and Texan Air was a pleasure and definitely recommend that if you're looking for A/C service to give them a call.

Reached out to schedule an appointment for a unit tune up on Wednesday and they were out by Friday, even tried to schedule a day earlier, but I had a conflict. Jeff and Zeke were an absolute pleasure to work with. Offered very competitive pricing with no gimmicks or annoying sales tactics. Came out to replace our system on a days notice and did a very high quality job. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jeff at Texan Heating and Air got me on the schedule ASAP when my AC couldn't keep up with the Texas heat. He was prompt, thorough, and polite while evaluating my current HVAC system. He was honest in ways to fix it. And he was quick to get my a quote for replacement. He was able to schedule the replacement around my needs. The team that came out were quick and polite. And it all came at a cost lower than other estimates that I had gotten. Great experience.

Great experience all around. Had a new unit installed a couple weeks and they were in and out in a couple hours. Great service and attention to detail. Had a slight issue with the drain pan, called to let them know and they came out within 4 hours and things are working perfectly. I would recommend these guys to my mom so that's saying a lot. Prior to selling my parents house, I reached out to Texan Heating & Air for a final preventive maintenance. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to come out and take care of the unit. Zeke arrived on time and pointed out a few things that I should consider doing, like replacing the filters and hosing down the exterior unit. He would have hosed down the unit if I hadn't already disconnected the hoses. I highly recommend Texan Heating & Air for your A/C (and heating!) needs.

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, reasonable and every employee that I have had come to my home over the years remembers the work they have done in my home. This is very helpful for subsequent visits!

Jeff is wonderful. I called him Friday night and he came out on Saturday morning on the hottest weekend so far. He installed my new hvac system 3 years ago and he has taken care of me like this ever since. Great job Jeff and thank you for taking such good care of me.

Jeff and his team never let me down! Have been a customer for over 3 years. Scheduling with Texan is a breeze, Zeke always services our system. He went above and beyond to take apart and clean one of our compressors apart outside because it needed it, heading off a future problem. (I thought I was cleaning it well myself, but not so much) After servicing, Zeke gave our system his thumbs up. Now we have peace of mind with our a/c ahead of the upcoming brutal summer.

Zeke was great, friendly, and the service was extremely fast! Called at night and Zeke showed up first thing the next morning. Explained all the options very thoroughly, walked us through what the issue was, even showed us exactly what to look for so we can keep an eye out for future problems too. Literally in/out in an hour. Will be using them for our AC needs in the future!

Jeff Solis was great. Very professional and knowledgeable!! He answered his phone Friday evening. Worked with my insurance company and took care of us the Following Monday. I've also had Zeke come out last year as well. Both are very knowledgeable and down to earth guys. I will only use Texan heating and air for my hvac needs
