I had 6 month maintenance done on my unit. Trace Mann, from One Hour Air Fort Worth did a great job. He was done in less than 30 minutes. He was in my area and was at my door in less than an hour. I have a 10 year warranty on my unit, so the service was free. Thank you. Would definitely recommend One Hour Air.

Fast and friendly service. I called yesterday afternoon because the heater stopped working, Justin came out yesterday evening, and they are getting everything replaced today in time before the bad weather comes through tomorrow. The cheapest-no. But the service, professionalism, and warranties are worth it. Corners were cut in the past, we ultimately paid for it in the end and our families safety was put at risk. They took that seriously and we will have a whole new heating system in less than 24 hrs from the first call.

Rocky was absolutely amazing, he walked me through everything he was checking and why he was doing it. From the time Rocky entered my home we hit it off great. Rocky is an outdoorsmans such as myself and we talked about hunting and family and everyday life, he was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. I hope that on my future services you will send him out to our home.

Awesome company! Danny came out at 9:30 pm to diag my ac unit and still had a great attitude after a long day. Zac, their comfort advisor was out the next day with some reasonable replacement options that we were able to come to an agreement on and scheduled the install for the next day, which Luis and crew came out and performed. Install was done very professional and timely. Excellent customer service with very thorough communication, One Hour Air is a company that I highly recommend!

What a GREAT experience and a GREAT company. Our technician, Mr. Rocky Smith, came out promptly and not only fixed our unit, but walked me through step by step, and taught me measures that I can take to prevent the issue in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in repair and maintenance. We have a toddler at home, so having a consistent A/C unit is crucial. Never once did I feel I was being upsold, just genuine, fair pricing all the way around. Highly recommend One Hour Air to anyone looking - and especially Mr. Smith as a technician. We will certainly be using them for all of our future needs.

Thermostat popped up with a “PIN NUMBER”
to activate before the system would even begin to work. I was NEVER given a PIN# for anything! Never happened before, so they sent a tech out the next day to fix it, even though they offered to send someone out that same night (8-9)pm! NOT a bit necessary, but was very nice to offer!!!
It was fixed and PIN# was cleared up the very next day with no problems or completely NO CHARGE to me whatsoever, since I’m still under the contract warranty. My purchase was only 1 1/2 years ago. Therefore I was VERY impressed and VERY HAPPY to see how awesome they were at trying to fix this little issue so promptly for me! I have absolutely been so impressed with EVERY ASPECT of this company from purchase to repair! I will always recommend this ONE HOUR A/C & HEAT CO. TO EVERYONE!!

We had One Hour install a new heat pump.
They said the job was finished, had to come back 30 minutes later to connect the thermostat. After weeks of haveing the unit we noticed little pieces of plastic blowing from our vents. After investigating, we found plastic inside the unit slowly drying out and flaking off. Another heating and air company came out and said they should have removed the plastic.
We have not had any follow up calls from them to see how the unit is doing or if we're pleased with there service. 0 calls! Will not use this company again. Not even for a service call.
My advice, don't use!

Had a wonderful experience with the entire crew at One Hour Air. Our house is quite old and purchased from flippers, we needed an entire new HVAC system and the team worked with us on doing things within our budget. The whole team was courteous and willing to answer any questions we had. I very much appreciate all of their help!

Great from start to finish. My call was answered right away and I spoke to a very professional office assistant who got everything scheduled quickly. Mike, the Technician was on time and communicated well and problem was fixed in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and out the door at a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be happy to use again

We had a great experience with Rocky. He took the time to educate us on our system and point out the shortcomings he found without trying to hard sell solutions. He made recommendations and explained the why and the benefit for each. Highly recommend.

Terry was great. He arrived on time, did a full assessment of my furnace like I requested, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t actually NEED. He even took the time to talk to me about the most basic repair options through the most elaborate and had a quote for each. He also had no issues with me running my options by my Dad on the phone. All within about an hour.

I have a 26 year old furnace and had already expected the outcome of full replacement. I believe the price they gave me was fair compared to the rest of the market.

Revising review from 5 to 0. Do not use this company…. I had to hire Air Worth to come in after two days later and fix EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED. Rocky was very pleasant and seemed to be a competent technician….. BUT Rocky recommended putting 6 lbs of 410A Refrigerant in to our 5 Ton unit without do a leak check that is required (if you are a ethical company) prior to filling unit with that much Freon. 24 hrs later $800 worth of Freon was gone (plus some more) because Rocky did not bother to do a leak check. Called different HVAC company AIR WORTH to troubleshoot system that Rocky from One Hour Air did not properly diagnose or repair…. AIR WORTH did a through check of system to find out where freon was going and found a HUGE leak at the outside compressor. To make matters worse, Rocky also mis-diagnosed our heat strips as being defective …. He did not know that you have to override the “staging” of heat strips to correctly assess if any of the heat strips were not working…. Rocky incorrectly diagnosed that two out of four heat strips require replacement…. When it turns out that only two heat strips are supposed to come on (at first) if you only turn on the emergency heat at thermostat…. He did not even know that emergency heat had to be put into TEST MODE to correctly check all heat strips. Rocky is a pleasant person, but epically incompetent TO BE able to correctly diagnose HVAC problems. If I could give a “0” review I would… requested a partial refund for the Freon fill that ultimately went straight into atmosphere—- which is not supposed to happen and why thy have a stare “License” to protect the environment. REGIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR Leslie Humphrey SAID NO REFUND as Rocky claimed that I declined his recommendation for a leak check…. Simply not true. If unit had been only 1 or even two pounds low then the “recommendation” would have been appropriate to suggest to customer- but he estimated it needed 6 pounds - in this situation there can be NO RECOMMENDATION at that point - it has to be a required leak check!!!! I Have filed a formal complaint with TX PUC - as this should a violation of there required “workmanship quality and professional procedures” requirements. One Hour Air is a MEGA corp company that is dangerous, incompetent, unethical, and crooked. DO NOT USE EVER!!!! You will regret it!!!!!

Michael Bell has serviced our ac In the past as well as today . We have a service agreement for twice yearly maintenance. He is very knowledgeable, polite and careful walking in and out of house . He’s very polite and personable. Good job Michael!

My Kudos to One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. I've had Rocky Smith come out in the past and he did a fantastic job on my regular maintenance. Last Friday 2/27/26, James Laisure was the tech that came out. He did very thorough explanation of what he was going to do. After he did his inspection, he took pictures of the furnace and the concerns, again his explanations and pictures helped me understand what I needed to do for preventative maintenance, and what he needed to do to get me back in shape. Overall it was not a major event, but it was good to have a competent tech know what to do, and do it in a professional manner and the charge was not expensive. I would add, since we are on their heating and Air semi annual maintenance plan, it's easier to remember what I need to do to keep my unit in good order. My furnace and air compressor units are 5 years old.

Jeff was awesome to work with! We stumbled upon him by chance because our home warranty company dispatched him. We truly won the lottery that he was the one to come out! Instead of coming out on scheduled appointment which was 2 days away he was able to come out immediately. Was very honest and upfront with our issues, options and then quick with the repair. Will be hanging on to his number for the next issue!

Texan Heating responded to my AC service needs the next morning. The technician was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed my problem. Additional work is needed to replace my 23 year old condenser. I will follow-up in a few days on the replacement work.
