After a few summers of inadequate cooling in our house, we called Thompson's. David came out, evaluated our needs and gave us a few options. We chose to have a new A/C installed. They showed up promptly and were professional and very thorough. The new A/C worked great, and our cooling improved, and our electric bill went down. David even had some extra filters brought to us when we needed them. A great local business with great service and great value.

After doing such a fine job with installing a unit for our townhome, we asked David to install an A/C for our condo property. He had to make some modifications to make it fit, and did a flawless job. He always goes above and beyond to do the job right. A true company of integrity!!

David is amazing. Temperatures between 107-110 degrees outside and our old AC unit quit. He worked us into his schedule to diagnose the problem, walked me through it so I understood and gave us options for replacing the unit. On installation day, he Showed up early and had our new unit installed and running before the afternoon heat set in. Cannot recommend a more honest and ethical guy.

Thompson’s is a very reliable and trustworthy company. I had my old A/C worked on and they were always very expedient in getting it up and and running until it was just too old so I had them replace it. They were very diligent in replacing it (on one of the hottest days of course) so that we could get back in service same day. Thanks to Dave and his fine team!
