Great price and service. Got estimates from 3 companies and Thompson's was and easy choice! Estimate to install was just a few days! It was the middle of summer, great service.

I called Smith Thompson Heating and Cooling last week because my air conditioning quit cooling. They had somebody out the same day. I forget his name but he certainly went the extra mile! It seems that the drain line that goes into our downstairs sink was clogged. He cleared the line going to the sink then cleaned out the elbow under the sink. I was very impressed. I wish I could remember his name. I believe it was May 20, 2025.

I have used Smith Thompson Security since 1988 or 1989. This company has never raised my rate, in fact, they actually lowered it. I highly recommend Smith Thompson Heating and Cooling!

Worst experience & highly disappointed!! I've known them for years & our family & pets were in diar need of AC repair; our needs were completely ignored!! No call, no text, no email!! I called as soon I knew there was a problem = 5:50pm. Our Autistic son didn't know that should have reached out to one of his parents and let us know sooner that something was wrong...this is completely unexceptable for a business to behave like this...

We were in need of a new HVAC system. After reading the reviews for Thompson Cooling and Heating we contacted David Thompson to come to our house to survey the work that needed to be done. David developed quotes for various systems, which made it easier for us to decide the best option for us. David and his assistant were very professional with the installation process. What we most appreciated about this company was the owner being a major part of the installation process. David was present and hands on from start to finish, which says a lot about the commitment he has to see that the job was completed to perfection. Overall, a job well done. 5 Stars for Thompson Cooling and Heating.

One Hour did a wonderful job getting my furnace working again. Rocky was my technician and I greatly appreciate him walking me through each part that was not working on my furnace and why.

Michael Bell was very knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the fan cage on our heater. He explained the tune up services offered by the company to avoid future issues.

We’ve replaced our upstairs unit in April by One Hour Air and had services done on our downstairs unit today. Great services on both units. Jay was very respectful, well mannered, knowledgeable with our A/C needs, and treated our property and us with respect. He was pleasant to work with doing services on our A/C unit. With the weather being triple digits he managed to keep his cool. Thank you so much Jay our husky liked him as well.

They were able to get a tech out to me in a reasonable time and communicated very well! Mike was amazing and continued to work until he found and fixed the problem. He showed me everything he was doing and walked me through what the issues were. Very thankful for the service

They still didn't fix the problem and never called back. So, we still don't have heat. Buyer beware and make sure they write everything down or they will deny it. They have never made it in their window of arrival.

Robert was amazing and thorough! Of course the AC quit making the noise it was but he adjusted items and took video just in case it happens again. Customer service from Robert was 1000%

The show time given was between 10 am and 2 pm quite a large window, actually showing at 3:10 pm. The service tech said all looked good no start up current spikes etc although there was a capacitor out of tolerance and to replace it added almost 375 to the Final cost. Technician felt he was finished with the compressor wash when I informed him that the service techs generally remove the hail guard shroud to clean the fins properly. The photos included show what would have been missed if not prompted to remove the hail guard …. Not satisfied for sure

Technician was nice and on time. Tried to figure out where one wire went and charged me an extra 150 bucks for wire tracing fee. Paid $220 for a service called i was told would be 79 dollars. I had already replaced the bad part but was having issues with the outside unit. Was told the fan motor might be bad and was quoted $4500 dollars to buy a new one.

Justin came out and was very kind and professional. He was quick to arrive and answered all my questions as well as gave a detailed explanation of what he found and repaired. Problem was solved and my unit is back to operating properly! Thank you Justin 👍🏻
