Joseph was at a house my son wanted to buy . We received a full inspection on the ac and furnace. Joseph was in depth knowledgeable despite of his young age. He took time out to explain the condition of hvac system regarding the future potential of it and current operational efficiency. Highly satisfied of his professionalism in hvac work. He completed a thorough inspection.

Joseph arrived on time and did an excellent job. Had him install Nest thermostats. He gave me a tutorial on how to use them that was very insightful.

He then did a complete heater tune up. All is now working well. I have a rental house he's going to work on next week.

Daniel took great pity on us without any air & rigged up a hillbilly ac to help us sleep through the night!! Can u believe he would go to that much trouble. Speaks volumes for him and the company. Joseph arrived at our home as scheduled. He was very professional and did a great job while he was here. He did our downstairs outside unit covered under warranty. He evaluated our inside attic units. He showed me pictures of everything I needed to have repaired. He gave me a verbal estimate of what needs work and is going to send a quote to fix both units inside. We are purchasing a warranty for 10 or 20 a month. I don’t understand if we need both units on a warranty. The ones outside downstairs is on a warranty. I don’t know if it’s 10 for upstairs units and down stairs unit or if it’s 3 units that need coverage so he’s going to send me a bid. He was great and did the job quickly. Monica that kept me informed when Joseph was on his way and helped me with payment plan was awesome too. Tony as always answered any questions I had that Joseph needed clarity on. I have a home warranty on my home my furnace went out so I contacted my home warranty and they refused to replace my furnace so I contacted several other HVAC companies and came across prime Time heating and Air I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tony very nice man very professional told me exactly what I needed and we went ahead and scheduled it installed on a new system he was there at the time he said he would be there the workers that came were very nice very professional cleaned up after themselves I was very impressed with their services. I would recommend primetime heating and air to anyone this is the best company that I have dealt with ever and Tony was the best ever if you need something done to your HVAC system don't hesitate to call prime Time heating and Air.

Great experience with prime time heating. Benjamin gave a reasonable labor price to replace my gas furnace in emergency. The heat exchanger cracked in middle of winter and Lennox did not have the warranty part available in stock. Benjamin was able to negotiate with manufacturer and get me a full furnace replacement in just two days under warranty. 5 star reliable service. I would definitely recommend this company for all hvac needs

My Lennox heater/furnace suddenly stopped working overnight. First thing in the morning I called Prime Time and Tony was able to schedule me in for same day service. Within 2 hours, technician Marco S. was at my place. He immediately got to work and was able to diagnose my furnace issue down to a circuit board problem. Marco quickly located the parts needed to get my Lennox equipment working again and he had it fixed in no time. These guys are very technical and have the skills to get the job done!!! And they are very courteous and professional! Definitely recommend Prime Time!

Very courteous professionals. Very quick to get the job completed. Came out Thursday, found replacement was needed, scheduled for Monday and showed up ON TIME! That’s extremely rare. Very nice gentlemen came in and completely replaced my heating and ac systems and two thermostats in one day. They were quiet and polite. Highly recommended. I use them for my business and my home.

I highly recommend Joseph Estrada! On the initial visit to inspect my a/c unit he was very thorough and professional. He provided recommendations for an air purifier amongst some other items I needed to address. I especially appreciated that he provided a quote with options and there pressure to make a decision on the spot. Fast forward to my routine maintenance appointment, I was just as pleased with his work as I was the first time. Joseph fixed the dryer vent at our rental house! He showed up quick and got the job done. We had a janitorial service clean the dryer vents and that did not help. Tony sent Joseph and figured out what the actual problem was! So thankful for them.

We’ve used Thompson’s Cooling and Heating to revive our old HVAC unit for 15 years. We arrived back home from summer vacation in 2015 and found that our unit had finally gone belly up (25 year old unit.) Fortunately, thanks to David Thompson’s timely advice during our spring tune up, we had already solicited proposals for a new unit from a few reputable companies. During our research, we learned that its very important to choose a knowledgeable and experienced company to install a new HVAC unit. We wanted a very dependable unit that we could count on to hopefully provide trouble free high level service for years to come. Mr. Thompson taught HVAC repair and installation for years before opening his own company. His proposal was very competitive, and he and his crew were both professional and respectful of our property. After 3 years with our new unit now, we are comfortable all year long, and we’re saving money on our utility bills to boot. Thank you David Thompson and company.

Of course, at the most inconvenient time, weatherwise, the compressor in one of my Heat Pumps - the biggest one, of course - failed. I contacted Thompson's and they responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem - a failed compressor. Given the age of the Heat Pump, I decided to replace the unit. Thompson's located a new unit, removed the old unit and installed its replacement professionally, and most importantly, quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Thompson's to anyone!

Dave has always been friendly and professional. What I believe to be fair prices. I have no desire to look elsewhere when it comes to fixing my issues with the heating or cooling of my house. They're my go to company.
