Joseph was a great technician and very nice person . Thankfully I had scheduled an appointment to do maintenance as he found water in my unit tray and he did all the different tests to diagnose where the issue was coming from . I shared my fear about mold with him and he went over all the ways and things I can do the prevent me and educated me on what would work best for my system and things to look out for . Fantastic service , would highly recommend prime time and to ask for Joseph !!! Thank you !!
