This company is simply wonderful! I am out of state and needed A/C work done on a home over a1000 miles away. They quoted a great price, exemplary customer service support in a difficult situation while meeting customer's satisfaction. They completed the install it in one day and I certainly recommend them!

Aztec replaced my coil last September and there is apparently something wrong with the replacement. I reached out to the owner and asked for his opinion since Aztec did the replacement under a year ago. He claimed he doesn’t recall me. Even when I showed him proof of payment he said he doesn’t remember and refused to follow up on calls.

Air conditioning came on but did not cool.
Google search and came upon Aztec.
Called and spoke with Mr. Gaza and immediately upon availability scheduled same day service with Service Tech Andre.
How professional Andre is. Access the problem, fix it, fair pricing.
The experience was excellent.

They did the AC for our house and our business. Great people. They are a small family owned and operated business.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was worth it. I called because my new AC unit was making a loud noise, and I expected Brandon, the service technician, to check that one problem. Instead, he did a full diagnostic of the entire system, including the thermostat, attic unit, filter, and overall AC performance.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, including a likely installation-related issue I never would have thought to ask about. The company was communicative, easy to schedule with, gave me a small arrival window, and even showed up early.

I also expected it to cost much more for that level of service, but the price was more than reasonable. I’ve never fully trusted HVAC companies I’ve been skeptical of HVAC companies bc of previous experiences, so it was a relief to find one I feel confident using again and would without hesitation recommend to others!

Varsity air and heating great crew from Herb who spoke to me on Sunday about getting somebody out to look at my A/C the very next day sent out Brandon Brandon was perfect guy. Perfect guy excellent came through. Try to track down the problem and fix the problem I had about I say three or four different proposals. There’s was a great price to get my system. Serviced definitely recommend them.

Varsity Zone did a great job checking my system and preparing it for the summer heat. I needed some additional coolant and had a Capacitor that needed to be replaced. They had everything they needed with them. Now that I’m signed up for the maintenance plan, I have the peace of mind knowing that my system will be ready for another HOT Texas summer.
The technician also pointed out that I could use a thicker filter in my return which allowed for better airflow in my system. I was able to order them through a convenient app which was easy to download and navigate.
