Brandan and Herb at Varsity Zone just completed installing a new unit and performing repairs at my latest remodel. Great experience. On time, great communications, quality product and price.

Brandon came out for the fall inspection, and I enrolled in their maintenance program. The monitoring system includes several sensors that monitor the filter, water in the drainpain, and overall effectiveness of the unit. This should help in keeping us aware of potential problems before they start.

For this season, Brandon was able to prep our igniter, and seal some areas where there were air gaps. There's no need to heat or cool the attic!

I'm glad to know that we're ready for the winter heating season, and that I have another tool to make sure we don't have water leaking throughour ceiling. i need to see if I can get a discount on my insurance because of this new feature.

Brandon did an excellent job. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it in the most efficient amd cost effective manner possible.

I had an excellent experience with Varsity Zone HVAC of Benbrook. My HVAC system was leaking water severely, and Brandon, my service tech, quickly identified the problem and fixed it. On top of that, he corrected an issue that the builder could have done better in the first place. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and for a very modest price. I truly appreciate the quality of service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Our ac went out yesterday and I called Brandon from Varsity Zone. He came out after hours and was able to troubleshoot the problem and get us back running in no time. Very professional and friendly.

Brandon was my technician, my heating unit was giving me concerns and he was there the same day. Resolved my issues within an hour. I was very happy with Varsity’s service. Especially since this was on Sunday

Joseph Estrada took my urgent service call on a Saturday afternoon. Joseph was extremely upfront, honest, and friendly the entire time. Upon shopping around for competitive quotes, Joseph worked with his supervisor to package a deal to price match a quote that a competitor provided. Honestly, I could have went either way but I decided to go with Prime Time simply because of how fantastic it was working with Joseph. He earned the sale and I truly appreciate it.

Additionally, Daniel called me to complete the financing application and it went as seamless as I could have expected.
