Hot Hot days - A/C stopped blowing cold air - and Aztec was the only company from the four that I called, to call me right back, show up 2 hours EARLY, and fix my A/C for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this one! Thanks Julio!

I contacted Aztec at 4:30 on Monday afternoon regarding an issue with an A/C at a property I manage. These guys are FAST! Within a few hours a technician was at the property, I had photos of the unit so I could review issues, I had a phone call explaining the issue at hand, and the issue was repaired that night. Couldn't ask for better service!

Way overpriced and not forthcoming with pricing. If you are ready to waste money, call Aztec. But if you are willing to save, check somewhere else. I paid $550 on labor for remove and install. Never again!

Great service and customer service! I called on a Saturday for a service call prior to a Home Inspection being done for my rental house and someone came out Monday morning. I will definitely be using this company for all my A/C and heating needs!

Aztec originally came out at the beginning of the summer when my A/C started acting up, they fixed it as well as the could and it lasted through the heat of the summer. When it finally quit working this week, Aztec was there the next day to replace it. Excellent customer service and fast work to replace the whole system.

Julio, the owner, was fantastic. I called him at 8:30am and he told me he had a full schedule but he would try to squeeze me in. He called me back within 30 minutes and swung by and had our ac up and running again by 9:30am. He even took the time to work with our home warranty. I told him it went out last night around 10pm and he told me I should have called him last night and he would have come and fixed it then. Recommend 100%

Excellent service! The showed up within 30 mins of my call. I replaced my entire system. Very reasonable and competitive pricing. The workers were fast and efficient. Took the time to talk to me about repair cost compared to replacement cost ect.. no pressure to replace just provided me with my options. They offer financing which is great! Highly recommend this company.

They came to fix my compressor and were supposed to refill the gas, which they didn’t do well. When they came for the second check, they admitted that the gas tanks they brought the first time were empty and that there was a gas shortage. They said they would send someone to refill the gas, but the technician never arrived. This company has since stopped responding and ignores my messages and requests to finish the job and refill the gas. Now I need to call a second company to complete their job!
People who behave like this should not be given business!

Julio was quick, prompt, and so nice. He really knows his stuff and is very reasonable. He warned me of what was likely to happen in the future without pushing us to do anything. Awesome experience! We will be calling Aztec when it's time to replace our unit!

My AC was tripping my breaker making my home reach 88 degrees. We had someone from a different company come out, overcharge me for unnecessary work, and not fix my problem. I called Aztec on Memorial Day weekend and they had someone out in less than an hour, who fixed my issue and charged me a very reasonable price. They were amazing and I’m so thankful I reached out to them. If you are having problems with your AC, call Aztec. I am very impressed with this company and the outstanding workers.

Professional, honest, life savers! After calling another company (bakers brothers) and nearly exploited for $5000, this company repaired the AC for a whole lot less! The technicians were professional, honest and fast. So appreciative of Aztec Air for helping us! Do not hesitate to use this company!

I’m so impressed with Aztec!!! It’s record highs in Texas and our AC quit putting out cold air. I found Aztec on google, called them around 9am today, on a Monday, and they had technicians at my house in about an hour and a half.
Julio was who I spoke to on the phone, and he was incredibly nice and polite each time I spoke with him. His technicians were great, especially Luis. Luis walked me through everything, and educated me on what was wrong and what my options were. He was so patient and kind. Julio also called me before any of the repairs were done to make sure I understood everything. They fixed our issues in one day and I’m sitting in a nice cool house now. Luis educated me on what to do going forward to make sure we keep our indoor and outdoor units running correctly, and gave me a great warranty on a part they replaced. I will be recommending Aztec to anyone I know who has an AC issue!
