Brandon was very prompt. He was also very professional from the moment he walked in the door. He took his time to diagnose the issue and was able to get it fixed that day at a reasonable cost with a variety of options to alleviate the problem. Additionally, I called Varsity Zone on a Monday and they had Brandon out on Tuesday, with multiple time options. Highly recommend.

So glad I had Varsity out for a maintenance call on my hvac. They cleaned my system, gave my old unit a fair assessment that ended with "she's an old gal, but she's doing fine." I also got a slick monitoring system to quickly identify future concerns. I appreciate the company that doesn't automatically try to upsell you, and will give Varsity a call first, when I do need a new system.
