We purchased a home in Crowley and needed to use the home warranty for an AC repair. The home warranty assigned the work and Mechanical of DFW excepted the work request. First visit did not fix the issue. Second promised visit, technician was a NO show. Not even a courtesy phone call with an explanation or to reschedule. I pursued them for another scheduled visit. Same results, NO SHOW and NO explanation after I have called and left several messages.

Don’t waste your time and money with this company. If I could rate them with a ZERO they would be.

Highly recommend this company I experienced prompt and wonderful service, the owner and team are knowledgeable along with great customer service, short story our old ac unit tanked had a whole new upgraded system at affordable cost. Owner is honest and will give you best advice unlike what our home shield pushing us to use other outrageous company with ridiculous prices. Definitely rated at highest level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had to have my AC worked on a couple times since I bought my house. And Humberto from Mechanical of DFW has come by both times. He’s kind. He’s helpful. And my AC works great after he leaves. Plus, I feel like the folks who work their phone lines are helpful and responsive.

I highly recommend these guys, they installed a complete system for me last Year no issues at all had a problem with my other unit called them and they knocked it right out. They charged me but that was to be expected. if your house is hot call them .

Great communication and speedy service. AC went out at 8PM, and they had me fixed up in less than 24 hrs. The technician was respectful and let me know what he was doing.

FANTASTIC!!! I called, they answered, they arrived same day and fixed the issue for a fair price. What more can you ask for? I understand no company will be able to come out immediately everytime you call, but both Hilda who answered the phone and Theo who did the work were friendly, respectful and simply did their job. I highly recommend Mechanical of DFW.

They came and put in an HVAC in our rental house. Had to come back out twice to fix problems and when asked for a receipt 10 times, still hadn't gotten one. We need it for tax purposes and they will NOT send us a receipt.

If drinking means drinking a red bull is drinking "alcohol", then so be it. I was very nice to everyone that showed up to work on the a/c unit. The only time I was upset was when I spoke to the lady in YOUR office when she NEVER email us the receipt when she said she would for OUR tax purposes. Your response of 3 months later is unacceptable. You can email our receipt to the email address sent to you prior. Thank you.

Teo and Anthony were great. Very informative, especially with all the questions I was asking. Professional and caring, they get the job done!

So, this contractor was assigned through my home warranty on a Monday to diagnose/repair a non-working AC. They set an appointment for 7am-11am that Friday. On Thursday afternoon I called them to confirm the appointment as usually one would call the customer to confirm the arrival window. They were happy to tell me yes they would be there between those times. I give them the benefit of the doubt and figure the office staff are just busy. Fast forward.......they don't show up, don't call to offer a later arrival time, don't call to reschedule, and refuse to answer or return phone calls. My only recourse is to request another contractor be assigned through the warranty company.

What a shady operation this is. Ghost a customer on Friday afternoon in late May. If you can't get the basics right (IE. Communicate, show up, if you can't communicate that, and be responsive), you probably shouldn't move on to anything else.

Do not expect these people to show up. It's apparent that they screened my attempts to contact them. I'll be explaining this in detail up the chain with my warranty company so that they lose business over this......because they should take a hit to their reputation over this sketchy garbage.

Also of note: look at the cliche writing of all their 5 star reviews. These were either solicited or written by the same person.

Mechanical of Dallas gave exceptional service repairing our A/C unit. I called they came and they were always professional & arrived on time. They explained in detail my issue and resolved it in a timely manner. A part had to ordered & once the item arrived they returned to complete the job & our system is working properly. I would recommend them. Thank you Hilda for keeping in touch and Jeremy for the awesome work on the unit!

They have given me more communication and ease than my actual property managers who hires them to handle all repairs.
Hilda literally always answers the phone and does her best to answer all my questions along with updated and follow ups.

I have more than one instance where they said they were coming didn’t show up and no updates or call to let me know they weren’t. This last time was on 5/31 right after lunch. It started out with they were sending someone for a quick check asked to send someone over to unlock garage. I was at work but the other issue they would come on Monday at 8am would require more time. I got home that evening no one was there I called and she gave me some excuse that made no sense was going to call me back and she didn’t . I later got a text someone on the way. They got here at 6 wanted to make sure were ducts in attic were connected and were not here but maybe 15 min if even. We discussed the 2nd problem briefly and I let it go because I had an appointment for that Monday at 8 am. I started calling at 8 because of their history wanted to make sure they were coming, left a message , texted the same number that she communicated with me on Friday nothing . Called the owner left him a message . He didn’t call me till 11 , he got an ear full. I had already scheduled my morning off for a few hours and so I was late to work because of the appointment that they nissed and never got an apology from the woman who scheduled me but just received a bill for $75. Wow who is going to pay me for the hours missed at work. Also do not buy into the service call plan they sell. made one call for them to service me in summer didn’t call in Winter .supposedly would make me a priority. This is how they handle business. Lack of communication and won’t take responsibility for their mistake , no work was done for the $75 but I am expected to pay it even after more than one missed appointment.

Very reliable and honest working technicians. I would recommend Mechanical of DFW to anyone.

They were so friendly and helpful! I’m clueless when it comes to AC’s and they explained it to me. They work fast and are very respectful definitely recommend!

I am the maintenance manager for a property management company and Mechanical of DFW is our go to HVAC vendor. They always respond to all of our requests right away and handle emergencies with a great sense of urgency. They also are very fair with pricing and never try to take advantage by trying to upcharge for things that are not needed. We will continue to use them in the future as we know we can always count on them to get the job done quickly and correctly.

I had an awesome experience with Mechanical of DFW my ac went out during a heatwave, and they were able to come out quickly and get it fixed. Teo was super professional and explained everything clearly. Now my AC is running perfectly again! I highly recommend them for fast and reliable service.

This company is great. They replaced our unit 3 years ago. We had them do a repair and replace our thermostat. Great service!

We love the super fast response to our desperately needs. Our Heater HVAC system broke down in the afternoon and they scheduled us with technician Genio Galindo for the very next day. He was very professional, fast and very honest, got it fix right away!!! My wife was very scared not having heat in the house and now I have a Happy wife, happy life.
