Emily has been super attentive to the problem with the fan light and diagnosed the issue quickly. With the replacement on hand, she did a great job in making it operational.

Had my AC/replaced. Matt, who worked with us on the estimate and the schedule, was so easy to work with. When he said that the work removing and installing the system would happen the next day and be done by 5, I honestly didn't believe it. My house is full of surprises.

Eric and two other gentlemen, whose names I'm sorry I can't remember, came out the next day. They were done by 2:30. The efficiency and the pace that they worked were awesome. And their finish time was with me buying a pizza for them for lunch, that I insisted I get for them since they came on a Saturday and wanted to work through lunch. All 3 men were extremely nice, took time to answer any questions I had, pointed out what work was being done, showed me what the outside unit would look like set up in a different area... Truly an all around stress free experience. They were the best and if my recommendation meant anything, all 3 should be given praise for how happy I am on the work they did. All 3 deserve raises.

I can't thank everyone involved enough. The whole process from start to finish was beyond my expectations.

The representative told me exactly what he was doing for every step and if there was any problem or not. He took his time and put everything back in place. He did a great job and hope to see him in the future.

This was my first time using Milestone. I was interested in their special HVAC DUCTWORK cleaning. Logan and Luke inspected my ducts and said at this time I don't need DUCTWORK cleaning, however, they offered to clean my blower wheel for free. I plan to become an Advantage member of Milestone, my new HVAC partner!! Again kudos to Logan and Luke!

Brian and Milestone went to new heights to make sure my family was taken cared of. When we had no hot water, Brian kept in communication with me, during his time off to reassure we had what we needed. Brian spent timeless hours assessing our situation and getting us hot water timely, effectively, without hesitation. Before long, the issue was resolved.

Was told there was a 29.99 fee to come out and then when my technician arrives, turns around and says it’s gonna be another 150$ to diagnose the problem. Really annoyed my time was wasted by this scammer of a company. * Also, my fiance set the appointment up and she specifically asked if there were any other fees. Your rep on the phone said” We can’t discuss any other fees now, you have to wait to speak to the technician. Y’all are some scammers. Purposely withholding information to try to force me to make an emotional decision and pay an extra 150$ just to have it looked at. Terrible company. Don’t trust them! Look up reviews on Reddit. The google reviews are likely fabricated in a way due to the company scamming

Luis did an awesome job! He worked hard all day and his work was excellent. He was polite and professional the entire time.

Juan was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He took ample time to explain the results of the system check and ended up installing one of the black lights to combat mold buildup in the plenum. I am very satisfied with his performance.

Our heater wasn’t working and Milestone had Jose Mejia out to our house in less than 2 hours on Sunday. Jose quickly identified the problem and explained the issue. He had us back up and running quickly. Very professional and courteous.

Alex was prompt, efficient, and professional. He was able to provide same day service and install a new water heater in a few short hours.

Daniel did a great job. Said it would get finished in 1 day after all digging was done. Full sewer drains after pulling what was left of 55 yr old cast iron and complete new hook ups on all sink connections and toilet connections. Great Job 👍
