Devor and Judd came out today to diagnose an AC system that wasn’t cooling and a furnace that wasn’t heating (thanks Texas for making me need both this week). They were super professional, explained the cause and also some other issues to be aware of, and presented clear options to remedy. Very thorough. Service great! 10 star Nicholaswas super nice 10s on service but price 1,300 + for a light and bulb by air conditioning area! Don’t want to die so paid but that is expensive light. Does last 5 years but $1300 even with the plan. It would have cost $1500 be a light and bulb 💡to kill bacteria. Nicholas was great! 10 s across the board but company prices wow. 0 stars.

Jake was knowledgeable & an expert plumber. We appreciated his diagnosis & solution for our issue. He's the best! He explained everything along with our options. He was the third plumber we had out for this problem and the only one we'll call back if we need a plumber again.

Brandon was an awesome and effective technician. He was able to spot the issue with my heater right away and fix it in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend them.
Couple notes: 29.99$ to come out. If you accept the diagnosis and possible on-site fix without extra parts, it's 179.99$ which waives the 29.99. Anything else such as parts is extra. Just a heads up to anyone looking for those details.

I was in desperate need of a plumber and could not wait a day to get the repair . Milestone provided world class service and was able to get a serviceman to my home within an hour of the call. Once here Ivan was professional and made sure I was satisfied with work. The work was finished and done so well. I can’t say enough about Milestone and Ivan. Truly top notch!!!

Loy is the man! He consulted with me regarding an issue I am having with power blips/spikes during rain. He advised me of the many possible causes of this issue inside the house and possible issues with the electric provider equipment (that I will call Oncor about). He did a thorough whole house inspection to be sure there were no issues inside and installed a whole house surge protector and a new outlet that was not working. Loy is extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining things and gave me total peace of mind that my house is safe and that I’m an on the right track in troubleshooting my issue. I would contact him again any time for any electrical work or troubleshooting I need.

I can't recommend this company enough. The specialist that came out took time to answer my questions and went above and over checking out our heating and cooling system to make sure it was in proper functioning order. I will certainly be calling them next time I have any concerns!!

The sales man was very helpful and knowledgeable, never pushy. The technician was thorough and informative. Everything cleaned up and neat in about 2 hours. Highly recommended.
