We have had Breeze out twice; once to install an EV car charger and the other to install an outlet/TV and some lighting. They have been really great to work with both times. Upfront pricing and very efficient and friendly service. I would definitely recommend and will look forward to using them in the future.

Updated: ... we had another issue, with a pool thermostat/timer going out. Breeze's electrician handled the issue while we were at work, working through the obstacle course of our back yard/pool area and garage (for the breaker box). He was fast and cleaned up after himself. We love being able to rely on Breeze!

Breeze's electrician solved an electrical issue at our home that had been looked at by another company, but not properly diagnosed. We'd been fighting this for years — our outside outlets were always tripping. A previous electrician had improperly installed too many GFCIs on one circuit. Today, Santa's North Texas Outpost is up and running, safe and secure. No coal for our Breeze guys!

Miguel kept me updated through out the trouble shooting process. He also kept me well informed of the issues and solutions. I was very pleased with the service call. Miguel was professional.

Again Miguel did a great job. He kept me in formed on his progress. Everything is working again and I am very pleased with his work.

I did and Stephen was redirected to our store because of the situation.
He located what the issue was almost immediately in turn saved me time and effort and more waisted money.

We highly recommend Ray and the Breeze team. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process, start to finish. Ray clearly cared about finding the solution as quickly as possible and despite having to go get a part, still fixed it same day. He even took time to give me "tips and tricks" to manage cooling our 3-story home properly in the TX summers and informed me of everything as he was diagnosing and repairing the issue. We'd without a doubt use their services again.

Breeze Air did a great job today for maintaining my HVAC unit. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Getting the maintenance plan was also cost saving.

UPDATE: today we had JJ. Another great tech!! I’m not sure who hires for Breeze, but they sure know how to get techs who not only have knowledge but also are super friendly and take time to explain. We are very happy with Breeze Air.

SUMMER UPDATE: Nick came out for our summer maintenance check. Yet another friendly and helpful technician! Provided a thorough system check and offered good upgrades/suggestions without pushy sales tactics. Very pleased with Breeze Air!
ANOTHER UPDATE: As usual, Breeze Air technicians set the standard. Came out for our Winter system check. Scott was very courteous and professional. Once again, I’m very pleased with the service, customer support, and value!

I had a great service experience using Scott. He was very knowledgeable about the system, very communicative about what time to expect him and conducted himself professionally.

Just moved to Texas and I have called numerous places to get a EV charger plug installed. Most competitors want to send a tech to your house to give you a quote but then charge you 50 bucks if you don’t hire them. This is not how Breeze Electrical does business. Called this morning at 10am and spoke to Randy that gave me fair, UPFRONT, pricing. They also went above and beyond with same day service! The electrician, Stephen, is a skilled pro and his apprentice was very nice and knowledgeable as well. I 100% recommend this company for all your heating and electrical needs. Great job Breeze!

Scot did an awesome job while servicing my HVAC system. He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions. I have been using breeze for a few years now and they’ve never let me down. I recommend them for anyone who’s looking for a new HVAC company.

Breeze Air sent out Scott to perform a fall maintenance on my HVAC. He called to say he was on his way. He worked quickly and made some flow adjustments I requested. When finished, he explained what he did and how the system looked. Scott was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend any service provided by Breeze! Scott was my technician for two separate occasions. I really appreciate how he calls to give his ETA. He is very professional and always takes the time to thoroughly explain what the problem is and how he fixed it!
