I would like to say that Thanks Tony . Tony is very experienced person at Century Supply. My name is IDAN I'm working at Cortland properties as HVAC service manager and doing HVAC jobs there . One of the my projects is Bluon conversion project that we started in 2020. Always I call or text Tony to order some equipment or parts and he was do it for quick same or next day. I would to say that Century supply is lucky because they having a good person like Tony I'm still doing my orders by text or call Tony.

Chris G in Ft. Worth is by far the most exceptional supplier I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Timely responses, accurate ETAs on parts, and the professionalism and friendliness cannot be beat.

This review is still in progress. I am currently waiting on the tech to finish an install. I have been trying to get ahold of the office but they havnt been answering the phone. I know they see who is calling because last time I talked with someone, they answered the phone saying hello to me and said my name.

Brandon, the tech is very professional. He knows his stuff when it comes to issues and how to repair them.

These guys are always happy to help. I had been having trouble getting a board replaced under warranty. Chris, the branch manager, personally took over my request and helped get the order finalized. No sale/value for him on the warranty order, but he gladly helped anyways.

Always super helpful when I call in looking for a part. Minimal wait times and they have always got the right info, the right part and it’s fast. Chris the manager knows his stuff and does his job well.

Chris was super helpful in resolving a very difficult and complex issue we had sourcing parts for a mini split we needed. He stayed on top of it throughout the whole process and it was resolved well.
