On 11/28/22 this company was assigned to fix a noise coming from my heating unit by Service Plus warranty company. Gerardo showed up and within 3 minutes, charged me $75 and informed me that there was something bouncing around inside the exhaust outlet and that will not be covered through the warranty. I called the warranty company back and they said they will pay $250 to fix the problem and to call Gerardo back. When I called him, he wanted $550 to fix it and said I had to pay the difference of $300. I had another company do it for $120 and the job took less than 45 minutes. I know I lost $75 but if I had G&A do the job, it would have cost me a lot more.
After this review was posted, Pedro, the owner of the company called me and asked me to take it down and if I do that, he will refund me the service fee of $75.

Last July a tech came to my house through Choice Home warranty because the fan on my outdoor unit stopped working so the AC wouldn't kick on. The guy spent about 5 minutes looking and said I need a new unit due to the compressor having died. I told him then just replace the compressor since it's only 10 months old and is going to be covered under manufacturer warranty. I also asked him if he looked at the fan. He told me no, you'll need a whole new system and left. Choice couldn't get a diagnostic report from the company and then they dragged their feet as well. I fired them since they were not doing anything to remedy the situation. I called out another company who replaced 2 items, a fan motor because it was shot and another tiny part of which I can't remember at the moment. It's been working since and cost a fraction of what this tech was quoting. It is ridiculous that this tech didn't care to fix the problem and just wanted the biggest sale possible.

Our unit completely stopped working, long story short we had several companies come out and G&A Mechanical gave us the best deal by far. Gerardo is honest and professional. They installed a new system and we have not had any issues. Enjoying our new A/C

Only complaint was it took 3 days to get a tech to come to our home. Other than that, Gerado did an amazing job on diagnosing the issue and getting us the best price. The installers came out the very next morning, on time, and even with the obstacles and unique challenges, with our home, they installed the entire system within 6hours! The installers were rockstars! They were quick but thorough and very polite! Definitely recommend!

Our AC went out and , G&A Mechanical camei out and took a look at our AC Unit. Gerardo was very honest and helpful explaining what was going on with the Unit as well as advising us of our best options. We ended up replacing the unit. Keep in mind I had two other AC companies look at the unit and G&A prices were so much reasonable. I will definitely contact them again if needed, and I would highly recommend them to any family/friends.

Gerardo was very professional and did a great job getting us the best deal for our family! He figured out right away what was broken and replaced the part for our a/c unit and checked the inside one. We were very happy with the work and service!

Our AC went out and Gerardo and Angel came out quickly to take a look at it. We needed a new outdoor unit and we got a fair price and they were honest and upfront about everything. They replaced it quickly and got our home cooling again. I would highly recommend to anyone for their AC needs.

Gerardo did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning unit. He arrived quickly, which was a shock as it was after 7:30 pm. He's a true professional as he was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He provided a fair price for the repair and I will definitely share his information with family and friends.

By far, hands down, the absolute best folks I've ever had servicing equipment on my home! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. The technicians were wonderful, polite, professional, helpful, and informative and took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Again, best company/folks ever! 10/10! If I ever have any other issues, I will definitely be using G&A!

These guys were called by Choice Warranty to look at my aircon unit that stopped cooling during the hottest time of day. Catches up over night so is at temp in the morning (8/28/2023). The tech arrived in the morning topped up the refrigerant and wanted to leave. I said it was not fixed. It was not turning on as it used to - and like the other unit in the house - which I showed him. He looked around and said he could find nothing wrong. There was no paperwork to write my concerns on. Called back that evening when the unit was once again not working. Did not get a call back - so I called them after 10am. This guy said he would not send the same tech but he could not come out until next week. In this heat! I said they need to come at the time it's not working as clearly the tech did not believe me when I told him what was going on. Really, I am going to call a tech when there is no problem. See the pic attached - set to 73 - temp is now 78 and climbing! Would have been more professional of you to believe a customer instead of making excuses

Highly recommend! The team provided excellent service from start to finish. They arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running in no time. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs!

Cal and Lynn are simply the best! They have maintained all of the HVAC units on our school campus (PreK-12th grade) for years now. They are reliable, honest, friendly, and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

After a seamless experience getting our HVAC ducts installed, the difference in air quality is astonishing. The team arrived just after lunch and worked efficiently, wrapping up in around four hours. Prompt and efficient thermostat fix!

It was time for a new A/C and furnace this year, and Top Quality made the transition so easy for our busy family. Cal was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need for our old house. Treated us just like family!
