Michael has always been the most professional, helpful, kind person when I have had to deal with him with air-conditioner problems in my rental home. He is more than willing to do the harder jobs in order to help people. He really cares about his clients and is willing to go out of his way to help people. If more people ran their businesses the way that Michael does, the world would be a much better place.

I called DTM for a quote, and they sent someone out right away. I honestly did not expect such a fast response but the guy that came out was friendly and respectful. He gave me a ac installation quote that was cheaper than the last company i called for a quote and their customer service did not compare to DTM's. Mike and His team are great to work with. They came to my home about 15 minutes after calling and requesting a technician to make a diagnosis. They made the diagnosis and fixed what they could on the first day and the next morning they showed up and went right to work to complete the repair. Everyone was professional and very organized.
