The customer service was totally amazing! As normal, things break about closing time. Not only was I having a hard time finding the part I needed, but the gentleman came over and helped me solve my problem (staying past closing time) happily getting all the fittings situated, double-checking I had all that I needed and all I had to do is install it when I got back home and was back in business.
Definitely recommend them, and they are now my first stop for problems. Thank you so much!!!

These people answered our phone call and had a technician out to us to repair our AC in just hours. It is late July 2021 and hot so thanks for the fast, fast service to get system up and running again.

Technician Alan Lopez was efficient, on time, polite, and effective. Gave complete information on the repairs he made, including photos.

My heat was was only blowing cold air. Instead of selling me a new unit, they tightened a connect that came lose and charged just for the coming out. Could have made thousands. Not many companies are honest like Paschall. If and when my unit finally dies, I will for sure call Paschall.

We have been with them for years. They replaced our entire system at our home and at our mother's and at our friends. Excellent company; great staff. I do not think you can do better than Paschall's.

A/C wasn’t blowing air and of course it’s the weekend. Asked a builder friend about an honest and fair AC company and recommended Paschall. Called even though hours said they were closed. They answered, I explained the problem, and before sending out a technician they tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It worked (just had to reset AC by flipping the breaker). They could have sent someone out and charged me, but helped me out for free. That kind of service rarely exists anymore.

I called their emergency service line on Friday 12/22/17 requesting someone call me about my furnace, which had stopped working and it was quite colder in the house than the little ones could stand. I didn't receive a call back that night and had to find another company to come out. However, unlike the other non-responsive companies I called, this company did text me the next morning asking if I still needed service. Text indicated that they had just gotten the message (even if it wasn't the truth, at least this person cared to offer an explanation for the delay which was appreciated) and did I still need service. I was still miffed I hadn't received a call the night before but this person at least offered an explanation and I thanked him/her for responding. Therefore, while I'm not completely happy, at least they responded which is more than what others did.

I've called Paschall Air Conditioning and Heating a few times now for two different houses and they've always been pretty good experiences. The lady that answers the phone is pleasant and efficient. The technicians call to let me know when they are coming and they seem to know what they are doing. They are not big on conversation but after spending a day in someone's 140˚ attic and swinging by to help me out at 7:00 in the evening you can't expect them to hang out and chit chat. Prices seem reasonable but the thing about air conditioning in Texas is none of it is really cheap. We gotta' have it so I keep their number in my contacts list so I can call them anywhere and anytime. I highly recommend them and their work.

Paschall AC & Heating is the best company and really works with their clients. Paschall services my units twice a year. I had an emergency AC problem that turned out to be a termostat issue. Bobby was here at 7:00 am on a Saturday when they are supposed to be closed. My house is for sale and having an AC problem was not good. Not the first time he has worked after hours in an emergency. Price for emergency call was below my expectations.

These people know their stuff, but more importantly they know how to treat a customer. We were in the unfortunate position of having 2 AC units go out in the same year. I entrusted Paschall to replace them. They were truly tested tonight with our system going out 6 months after it was in. Bobby, the owner, came out himself at 9:30 at night and had it resolved within ten minutes. Turns out the AC system wasn't the issue, it was my breaker. After that he politely refused payment and went on his way. Great people that care about their customers. THANK YOU!

Paschall came highly recommended from multiple friends and did not disappoint. Timely and honest, this family run business has come to earn my respect and loyalty. I have recommended Paschall to a friend and his opinion is the same. Paschall A/C has earned another customer. My only regret is having dealt with the original A/C installer for the last 5 years. In addition to the repair, Paschall made recommendations that will certainly extend the life of my A/C system and save me money on the back end. Thanks Paschall

I trust Paschall with all of my A/C work. They arranged to meet me at the house when I could be there. They called me back in the evening when I was having problems, and their technicians always answer any questions I have. They are very helpful. Most importantly, they were referred to me as an extremely ethical company - they won't try to sell you a compressor or a new unit unless you really need one. The first time I used them, the technician had the problem fixed when I arrived for a very minimal cost.

I've used Paschall during two emergencies. During our last big snow storm a few years ago and when my AC died this summer. They are quick to respond and their customer service is 2nd to none. Shelli is great to work with and is very friendly and honest. The technicians are friendly and prompt. I won't use anyone else going forward!
