Literally from the git go to my first contact and the end result I was overwhelmed with the customer service, responsiveness and how they made me feel i was a priority.
The technician onsite had more tools and diagnostic equipment it was amazing.
No frills, just the facts… he showed me every part that failed and dis not attempt to upsell me on absolutely anything other than what it took to repair my failed components
So with that said I was extremely satisfied and I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
That’s just what you do when you find somebody honest and as professional as they are, I am happy to put my name behind him

Been buying from AC Supply for over 20 years ! There more than a place to buy material but they know you by name and they really do seem to care about helping you achieve your needs . I would recommend them to anyone! TimDowns.

I love this place! I have purchased parts on two occasions.The staff was extremely helpful. The cost was a quarter of the prices that other places quoted, including ebay. You rock!

I called to purchase a part for my furnace when it went out in the ice storm. And instead of helping me they wanted to charge a $75 surcharge because it was "outside their normal working hours" when someone was there already. It is only 2 miles from my house and I had to drive across town to find another store. Talk about highway robbery! Terrible customer service! No compassion for someone who needs to have a warm home in the worst day in winter!

Great customer Service!!! Counter employees are very knowledgeable and go out of the way to get you what you need. Prices are very competitive. I will be back in the future! 👍

Multiple bad experiences prompted this review. Taking weeks to get an account set up. Called accounting and app. just sitting on desk. If you need more info, call me...
Ordered 10 items and they pulled 3 items wrong size or count. Manager shrugged his shoulders and said we can't always be 100%.
Sold me faulty zip ties. Tried to only refund me what I brought back & not all the broken ones I had to trash. Manager was defensive instead of apologetic. Poor service from top to bottom.
