We had an issue with out AC system not turning on correctly and blowing out warm air. This was on a SAT around 7pm. Having a 5 day old new born in the house we worried about the heat build up and called Paschall and Bobby was again to the rescue. Within 40 min he arrived at our house with his wife and went to work, diagnosing the issue and finding it was a high voltage control contactor. Explained to me how it worked and showed me where it faulted. Replaced it with a new one and the system was back on with no issues.

We have been using Paschall for almost 11 years at this residence and they always treat us great, get the job done the first time, and always explain the issues at hand and why they happen. Bobby and his family are people we trust, they have proven themselves time and time again. Please remember that there is a company out there named Paschal, that is trying to mimic Bobby's company. Always look for the sasquatch company logo, orange and blue trucks. Don't trust imposters, and when looking up online, remember this Paschall has 2 L's on the name, the imposter company has 1, and verify the phone number, so you don't get taken by the other company that is not honest and trying to steal business from a family owned company that goes the extra mile for you to get the job done right the first time!

Bobby came out to fix my mother-in-law's AC unit. He could have told us what another company told us, about having a bad fan motor and replacing it, for well over $600. After looking at it he told us the fan motor we had on there was fine, replaced a capacitor and walked me on cleaning the unit. Charged me $500 less then what he could have, had he not been an honest person! When you find people like that, you thank them and keep them around. Do yourself a favor, stay away from other companies and go with someone you can literally trust in. People like that in this day and age are far and few in-between. Highly recommended company from this customer!

Our family has been using Paschall Air & Heat for years because of their customer care and quality service. They have replaced units at multiple houses, made repairs and helped us troubleshoot cooling/heating issues in our house. It is clear that customer care is important. We first became clients when they were at our house within 30 mins after we called with a newborn at home, no heat and a a Texas cold snap. They take the time to explain what they are doing when I ask, lay out my options and are clear about their pricing. They work to get appointments schedule quickly and are prompt and communicate if there is any delay. They will continue to have our business and be my recommendation to anyone looking for an Air and Heating company.

We had a few air-conditioning company come to our house for the last 20 years and this company is definitively the best and our choice for the last few years. No hidden fees, reasonable and honest . They never try to oversell . They responded with the techniciens promptly in less then an hour . The techniciens are extremely nice . If you need an honest, knowledgeable company , this is the one to call.

I cannot say enough great things about Paschall air and the team working there, they are super responsive, super efficient and more than anything else that I rarely see anymore, is they are HONEST! Don’t be confused with the other company advertising with the same name, but remember, they have one L in Paschal, as opposed to the two L’s for our local owned and operated Paschall air. Just remember, call the company with two L’s, local and the original leader in the area.

Had them come out and install a 4 ton heat pump system and my house has been cooling smoothly since than. Highly recommend this company they do an amazing job and are very kind.

We had what apparently was a lighting jump that cooked our outdoor control board Thursday evening. We called and left a message around 9PM expecting a call Friday morning but they called back within 20 minutes! They scheduled us for service Friday morning and had some trouble initially figuring out what the issue was but stuck with it and fixed it by 10PM! They didn't give up, they gave it their all! Driving all over for parts and getting it done! This is beyond simple business...this is extraordinary service and dedication! We are so grateful for this company. Everyone we spoke with was incredibly friendly and just wanted to help us. Love this company!!!

Had noise in 9 yr. Trane when cutting off. Called Paschall, not Paschal, and they came out same day when temp was 102 degrees and explained what was happening. No repair needed. Just paid trip charge. Will call them every time we need anything air-conditioning or heating!
