When I first contacted Hector, he took the time to clearly explain the air and dryer duct cleaning process before providing a quote.
We scheduled an appointment, and the day before, Hector followed up with a confirmation text. He also sent a message 30 minutes prior to his arrival.

Hector and his assistant technician arrived on time and immediately conducted a walkthrough, explaining each step of the cleaning process and what to expect.
Both were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable.
Once the services were approved, Hector began work right away—cleaning up behind himself as he moved from room to room.

Hector also identified a serious safety hazard left behind by previous contractors—pointing out a piece of iron left in the dryer duct by roofers that could have caused a fire.

Hector was recommended by a neighbor. We had wood floors done and this caused a lot of dust to go into the ducts. He was able to get me on to the schedule quickly and was precise about the estimate. Return vents are the key count to remember for cost. On the day prior to service he texted to make sure of start time and finish time. On the day of service he was on time, walked through the home, explained how he was going to take care of the vents, returns, plenums and the dryer vent. He also checked AC filters and replaced them. Hector was knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain what he observed prior to starting and gave us options on ways to proceed. Hector cleaned 2 units effectively and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and left no debris.

Our ducts were full of road base dust from our contractor who screwed up and picked up bad flex base (which was not really road base but just dirt and sand mixed with a bunch of rock, concrete and paved road chunks). Then they grated it down our extremely long driveway on a extremely windy day. The dust blew into my house and into my air ducts. It was a horrible mess. Hector did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing my ducts. He also cleaned up any mess (which was hardly any made). Thank you Hector.

Had these guys out to clean ducts for our two HVAC systems. Showed up on time and worked quickly. Noticed one of the systems needed some touch up work. Hector rescheduled us, came back and made sure everything was good to go. Easy to work with.

This service was fantastic. Hector comes personally as it is a family owned and operated business and he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. The price is great compared to others we priced as well and he won't try to tack on services you don't need like some other providers. We will definitely be using this business again in the future.

Hector did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent. It took all of 20 minutes. He cleared out 3 inches of dryer lint from a 4 inch pipe, mitigating a major fire hazard and allowing our dryer to run more efficiently. He made a new customer for the life of this house.
