I regret to say that my experience with Valadez DFW Landscaping was extremely disappointing, warranting a one-star review.
I hired this company to install the base for turf and provide necessary materials. Our initial appointment for March 17th at 10 am had to be rescheduled due to rain which was fine except on that day of the new delivery date. Despite my attempts to communicate, I received no proactive updates and had to wait the entire day for a response. When they finally did respond, they informed me they would arrive at 4:30 pm, yet they arrived an hour later with no apology or explanation for the delay.
Upon their belated arrival, it became apparent that they did not have all the necessary materials to complete the job. Additionally, despite earlier discussions about the need to dig up dirt, this step was inexplicably omitted. Furthermore, the billing discrepancies were concerning.
Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. While Valadez DFW Landscaping may excel in other areas of landscaping, their handling of turf installation and communication was subpar. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company to others and will not be utilizing their services again in the future.

Me and my husband are very happy with the work that Valdez DFW Landscaping done for us today we had to get part of our yard re-sodded I know it just got done but it looks amazing can’t wait to see the outcome and I will be getting more work done from them in the future flower bed next

Itzayana and her husband are so friendly and their team does an amazing job on our lawn care! Itzayana is very responsive and came out to estimate our lawn care needs within the week we reached out. I could not recommend them more! They are very quick and our yard always looks great! Their lawn care prices are very reasonable as well.

Valadez Landscaping is my go to company. They are versatile, and help me out with anything I need help with even outside of landscaping. My backyard artificial turf was done by them, they trim my trees occasionally, and I recently bought a rental property which they also helped me to renovate and get it move-in ready. I will recommend them any day

We had Valadez completely update the landscaping at our home including sod, a Japanese maple, many plants and bushes, and mulch. They did superb, timely work at what I think was a very fair price. I would recommend them very highly. Five stars for sure.

Itza and Pedro do such fantastic work. They completely redid all of our landscaping, resodded our grass, and built our new flower beds. They are really easy to work with, give you all the options and explanations, do incredible work, and are very reasonably priced. We also had them takeover our regular mowing and maintenance. They are the best!

We recently had our entire front landscaping done by Hoyer’s and I could not recommend them enough. Very professional, quick in responding, and very fast with the completion of the project. We will definitely be using them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Hoyer's has done a wonderful job of taming my backyard bamboo jungle. They kept their word and kept at the project, despite many roadblocks along the way. I appreciated having a written (typed) quote that detailed exactly what would be done and what it would cost. I highly recommend Hoyer's to anyone with a lawn.

Hoyer's recently installed a French drain system for our detached garage with sump pump, drainage basins, etc. The work was professionally done, and I would recommend them highly for that kind of work.

Alex did a great job of capturing everything I sought in his quote & his crew did a wonderful job with our landscaping job. The crew was very thorough & was able to communicate well throughout the process. Our neighbors like the workmanship as well!

I have been very pleased thus far with the work that has been done. Alex and his crew take much pride in their work. They are here by 7 in the morning and are non stop throughout the day. I had a couple of trees removed, part of my fence replaced as well as my entire fence stained and 2 rock gardens installed. I’m a happy lady in Keller!!!!

I hired Hoyer’s team to add an 8 foot privacy fence, extend our driveway with pavers, and create a row of greenery for privacy screening on my back patio. We were hit with every city ordinance and HOA wouldn’t allow on every part of this project. Alex worked with us the entire time and found solutions that satisfied the city, HOA, but most importantly us! He went above and beyond on every aspect of this major project. He even had huge custom planters made for me that fit in my budget. The communication was like no other experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Absolutely the best there is. 10/10 would recommend and will hire again.

Alex is a professional, trustworthy and hardworking businessman. He knows a lot about home and garden maintenance and repair. He has done garden work for us previously, and just finished a complete replacement of our back fence (it’s really long!). He worked through the rain, sleet and snow and the fence looks amazing. I will definitely hire him again.
