Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago and I get a text this morning that said they cancelled my appointment because I didn't "confirm" a text message they sent Friday, while I was out of town. Then I get a call that says they can come out out later but I have a conference call which is why I needed a morning appointment. I have never been treated with such disrespct. I don't make appointments to not keep them. I am so disappointed. I couldve had the work done by now had I not waited the 3 weeks for them to come out.

I had some drainage issues for years and Groundscape Solutions solved all my problems. They came up with a plan and it worked. I have had zero problems and my grass looks great. I would highly recommend to anyone needing landscape or drainage correction.

GroundScape did a phenomenal job at the water treatment plant. They worked with our Xeriscape crew and designed / installed an irrigation drip system across a couple of acres at the plant that has maintained all the new plants perfectly!

They installed a large paver patio that covered most of the back of my house, which sits on a sloped lot. They built a small patio in front, a retaining wall on one side, and a walkway on the other side of my house. They are artisans at what they do. Always professional, courteous, and dedicated to getting it just like you want it. I plan to do business with them again.

Did not complete the job as requested and took several phone calls to correct the mistakes. the final straw was laying down “what they called sod” which was actually dead grass and called it dormant. All their dead grass had to be pulled up and replaced the next day. the workers were great but horrible customer service. This was my third time using them and last. Good luck.

Quoted me $4k to install stone edging around flower bed and tree bed, total length of 47ft. This had to have been a throwaway quote, everyone else is quoting me $1k or less.
