The guy at the front desk was a complete jerk . I’m not a plumber and was needing some help but instead I got a condensending attitude . If you’re a plumber it may be a great store but for a walk in customer I wouldn’t recommend it .

While they didn't have what I need, they went above and beyond to find a place that does carry it for me and even got the address for me. The guys at the counter are awesome!

I called to see if they have a specific adapter fitting and was interrupted mid-sentence and told I'd have to find a plumber. The person said they only sell to plumbers, not general public.1 star because the google description doesn't mention this anywhere and the person was rude.

I am by far NOT a plumber but I was trying to help my friend whose bathroom sink drain was blocked up. I took it apart, cleaned out the parts that were indeed blocked with gunk but when I tried to put the 50+ year old plumbing back together it leaked even with pipe thread tape. Thinking I needed new parts I went to home depot who weren't very helpful and eventually I found someone who worked there who told me they don't have the size I needed. I Google "plumbing supply near me" and winsupply was closest and I am SO glad they were. The people were very nice, very patient with me and my lack of knowledge, and weren't trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I took their advice and fixed it for free myself and am super happy and if I EVERY need plumbing supplies I'm going back to Winsupply. Thank you so much.

This supply house is stupendous! Their inventory is stocked with the most up to date, innovative, and varied products in the plumbing field and the knowledgeable staff is head and shoulders above any counter personnel in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Often I find myself hoping that my truck is short a part just so that I can make a trip to WinSupply! But. . . Then they go and offer a free delivery saving me a trip!

Very helpful! Home owner. Needed to replace a stem that wasn't made any more. Walked me through every step of installing a new shut of valve entirely. Was cheap too! Easier job than I thought it'd be.

I showed up at this winsupply with frustration and irritation from a local inspector. There was talk of not approving my inground copper press work. Mookie went over and beyond for me. Every employee here has helped solve issues, find parts whether in store or out of state and needing to order. The integrity you find and customer service is not only satisfactory but also makes me feel welcome and at home and the parts are affordable. All I know is if your tired of losing money at other retailers you will always "WIN" with "WINSUPPLY "!!!!

While pulling a 12 foot trailer he cut me off on renfro with my 3 year old daughter in the truck. They are pieces of trash, use someone else.

trash. bought a new construction house in October 2018, glg plumbing did the water works. come home to a flooded kitchen today (11/4/2020), call them and they get back to me saying its "out of warranty" and i "better call someone else." oh ok, i was trying to give you a redemption on YOUR poor assembly! HA

I called for help with a leaky shower head, that I had attempted to fix myself... Kevin got out here quickly. He was knowledgeable and honest, and got the job done right. GLG Plumbing earned a loyal customer today.

The work was very poor quality from the start. Appeared rushed and/or unknowledgeable. They had to come back three times for repairs. First to fish loose pvc pipe out of the drain amongst other things. Brand new home- toilets backed up, shower wouldn't drain, etc. The guy who returned the first time, argued about fixing an upward (supposed to be downward) sloped drain hose. PVR present without expansion tanks. First guy came back and put on one expansion tank (for two hot water tanks on an non-connected system) that was not new and only one tank.

Had the city come out and inspect and confirm that it was supposed to be two expansion tanks and they needed to be new (city inspector confirmed expansion tank that was placed looked used.)

I Scheduled appointment during the 10-12 window. I never received a pre-appointment confirmation call so, I called to make sure it was still on. I was told the service crew could arrive anytime 9-10. I said, I have another appointment at 9 and wouldn't be home til 10 as my appointment time with GLG was 10-12 window. The office receptionist and I confirmed 10-12 window and she said it was taken care of. The plumber showed up at 9 am the next morning anyway. On the phone with him, I tried to explain my 10-12 appointment window and the fact I called to confirm the day prior. He was very very rude and unprofessional in conversation and hung up on me! He also noted that I would not receive service today and was very unapologetic. He was also very aggressive in both conversation and in person. I reviewed my video camera footage from my home and saw him throw his tool box and tools into the back of his truck. I mean very aggressively (imagine a long, appeared to be thick tool box. It appeared it wouldn't close or cooperate- he picked it up hastily and threw it so hard that It rotated at least 360 degrees and flung to the inside of his truck bed- (thank God it was the tool box and not me or my home.) I also had asked him his name during the call and he refused to tell me. It's a red flag when an employee refuses to identify themselves and their legitimacy.

I called the company. Office worker sounded surprised. I refuse to have the unprofessional, aggressive man back. They scheduled me with owner's brother and a lady for another day. They were professional, timely, and nice. They explained everything to me and were quick with repairs.

Per my request, I was told that the owner would call me so that I could talk about my experience and he never did. It's been a week at least.

For unprofessionalism and poor workmanship on multiple occasions, I give this company a one star.

If they drive like they do plumbing, I wouldn’t suggest calling them. One of the worst drivers I’ve seen in the road.

They did my new home install in 2022. The work was high quality. However, their capabilities to provide follow up service is very weak. They have a reputation for not following up and returning calls. I would not recommend using them.

I needed a toilet repair but Jason helped me with an unrelated slow draining shower. I appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! He was on time, knowledgable, fast and went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Tex Flex Plumbing!

Arrived promptly. Problem was diagnosed quickly. Repair was finished in a timely fashion. Polite and professional. I would definitely use Tex Flex again and refer him to friends.
