The whole experience was great. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you Jordan, Ryan, Jalen, Rachel. I had also spoken to several representatives who answered the phone and were very professional and helpful but unfortunately I am sorry and did not get all their names.

Had an appointment window of 8:30-12:30 but technician didnt arrive until almost 4 (yes they called to let us know) but a day at home wasted. To clean out to clog was a lot more expensive (over $400) than we have previously ever paid. We also had the toilet already removed - technician asked if they wanted us to have them put it back....for over $300! No thank you. We will go back to previously used companies

Jerald and Dillon came out and replaced my old toilet. They were efficient, quick, and friendly. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!!!

Amazing and professional! I called around 8:30am because of a concern about a slab leak, and had a Larry Stinson van in front of my house before noon. Jordan and his assistant Tyler let us know their process and were respectful of the property. Thankfully they confirmed that the culprit was a faulty watering timer that was continually running. We will definitely be calling them again if we need plumbing services in the future!

I raced out and had Jordan show up within the hour! He was excitement, fast and neat! Thank you so much, I was headed towards a terrible weekend with a clogged smelly living sink & instead it was fixed fast, very grateful!

Jason and Dennis did a fantastic job fixing the leak I had in the middle of my lawn! They identified the problem quickly, answered all my questions, explained how they would fix it, and then showed me the finished product. Work was completed very quickly, too! I 100% recommend this company, and especially Jason and Dennis!

I had a water leak in the kitchen after trying to replace my hot water valve. Corey came immediately assessed the problem recommended a couple of solutions and within a hour I had 3 new valves and running hot water. I thought I would have to wait a a day or 2, but that was not the case these guys came in solve my problem hours before company would arrive, these guys are life savers. Reward Corey and his apprentice handsomely.

Ryan just completed a major sewer line repair. He was so professional, informative and kind(I was a nervous wreck)

My home is my pride and joy and I plan to turn it into a rental property. It's a relief to have them in my corner for whatever plumbing concerns that may arise. Bubba diagnosed the failure cause of our tankless hot water heater, procured the necessary part and completed the repair in one afternoon. Very professional and personable. We will definitely use them again for the annual tankless heater service.

They were quick they quoted us a good price for the repair and it ended up being less that what they quoted. Everyone was super nice and explained the whole process in depth. Best experience with a plumbing company I have ever had.

Our toilets stopped flushing and the shower wasn’t draining. We thought that someone from our Thanksgiving family gathering might have flushed something down. These guys came out on Saturday and cleared it all out, turns out it wasn’t a family member’s fault, it was the roots. Great company, fantastic service, professional and knowledgeable staff! I highly recommend them.

We had a pipe leak in our front yard right before a huge ice storm. Turns out a fitting on the pipe had busted and was done wrong in the first place. They got out before the storm to fix it and worked in the rain ALL day! The customer service is great. There are probably cheaper plumbers out there but you get what you pay for!! I'd definitely use them again!

Scheduled appointment yesterday for a plumbing leak and they arrived first thing this morning! The office staff were all professional and extremely kind. Cory was professional, friendly, compassionate, and explained the process clearly and throughly. They kept me updated throughout the entire process from start to finish and did everything possible to keep the repair cost down. What could have ended up being thousands of dollars was a fraction of the cost. This is our second time to use them and we love them so much we purchased annual service membership. This was my first experience using Larry Stinson Plumbing. I am very pleased with the slab leak repair. Plumbers, Corey and "T" were very professional and respectful throughout the repair process. Corey did a great job of explaining his repair process and progress throughout his time in our home. I will definitely continue to use Larry Stinson Plumbing.

Just had service on several issues with our home plumbing. Not only were we able to make an appointment for the next day, but they sent their best tech, Cory, out to our house to take care of it all. Super courteous and happy explain everything to us, and did a ton of work, including unclogging a couple of sinks, rebuild of a toilet and installing a kitchen faucet all by himself with 3 hours, and that include time to get parts! He is a 1-man army, thanks so much for your hard wprk!

We had a good experience today with Gerald and his apprentice Denis. Both men were extremely polite and were respectful of things in my kitchen and garage. We had them install a new kitchen faucet, a pot filler and a sink in our garage. They finished in a timely manner and did a nice job cleaning up the area they worked in. I would recommend Larry Stinson plumbing. 👍👍
