Very professional, cost effective and good service. Our new house had a hose stuck in a cleanout that was causing everything to back up and we needed to have the pipe removed. Insurance and warranty gave us the run around and we had 5 plumbers come out with various guesses, high costs and ineffective communication. We called Matt with Westside and he came out within 48 hrs and gave a reasonable cost estimate and correctly diagnosed the issue. Scheduling with the main office was easy and a team came out on time and once they started they had the issue fixed within 24 hours.

Technician showed up on time, was prepared, gave me fair estimate explained what I needed and what I didn't and why I did or didn't need extra repairs. Performed job expertly and was very friendly and courteous.

Matt was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. However, $325 for a 30 minute service to replace a toilet flange and water shut off valve is ridiculous. Not to mention, the toilet was already drained and disconnected. I will not be using this company again due to the price which is a shame be the technician was great.

At seven in the morning I realized I had a broken water line, called west side plumbing. By nine am I had danny and kalib here and started repair. By ten thirty they were finished and cleaned up from the job .excellent job and I will always use west side for all my repairs.

Amazing and dependable service. After chasing around another plumbing company for weeks and having to go through multiple appointments, Terrill & team were able to quickly diagnose our problem, and have a crew out for a slab leak repair the next day. Preston was fantastic. He replaced the drain pipes under my bathroom sink, stopped the hot water leak in my shower, and did the work well for a very reasonable price.

These guys are amazing, I would leave all the stars if I could, if you’ve ever had plumbing problems you know the nightmare it could be.
