This is the 2nd time we’ve had Plumb Shield Plumbing out for a job. Terry is very professional and to the point. Came in, got the job done and went on his way. I appreciate the no ‘BS’. Would recommend for your plumbing needs.

Called last night to fix a water leak at the house. They arrived first thing this morning to start detecting the water leak. Nathan, Terry and Johnny were very professional and very nice. Explained everything they were having to do and what the cost would be. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needed.

I called these guys when I noticed the leak in my bathroom, Terry showed up promptly and got my issue repaired before it caused extensive damage. They are a professional and courteous company, and I was very pleased with the service and the speediness highly recommend.

I had a water heater leaking issue this morning and I called Plum Shield Plumbing. Since it was urgent, I requested for the quickest possible time. In less than an hour, Terry and Nathan showed up and they recommended to replace the unit. They gave me the quote and I found it to be reasonable. So, I immediately requested to get it done ASAP. Terry called the vendor while Nathan was draining the old unit. With them being a tag team, they completed the job within reasonable time and it was professionally done. Terry and Nathan were so respectful, very knowledgeable on the system and updated me on what’s going on. These two gentlemen were awesome and I would definitely recommend them to whoever I know that will have a water heater issue in the future. A 5 star is not enough for them, they deserve 10 stars. Had leaking spouts. Called them around 9am and by 2:30pm, they had the spouts replaced along with a couple other problem spouts around the house. Same day.

Terry and Johnny walked me around and explained all the issues, what needed to be done, and then a review of their work. Super nice guys, would definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Super fast turn around and price was in line with another plumber quote.

My toilet was leaking. Damian and Nathan came out and were extremely professional. Great work, done fast and efficiently. These two guys are the reason this company will be my plumbing company from now on. Really impressive representation for your company.

Best plumbing service EVER! Fixed both of my issues in no time at all. Terry is Very knowledgeable of the trade and how to fix problems that occur in an older home. Courteous of my home, cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell they were here, except no more plumbing leaks. Definitely keeping this company information and will be using them again! You’re wasting your time and money if you don’t call them first! I really wish there was a button for more than 5 stars, Terry and Johnny deserve it!

Thank goodness for Terry at Plumb Shield! I had a leak in my wall and wasn't sure how or where. They came, figured out the problem and fixed it. They worked with me on pricing and were very professional. Will recommend them 1000 times!

I just want to give a big thank you to Terry and Damien for jumping on my request so quickly and handling everything so professionally. They took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked me through several possible solutions, and laid out a detailed step-by-step plan to diagnose and fix the issue. They also made sure I knew what the next steps would be if Plan A didn’t work.

Terry and Damien came and fixed pipe leak we had. They were actually off that day but came anyway. They found the leak and even stayed late to fix it. I highly recommend them.

Terry and Damien were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and resolved our clogged sink, running the snake down the pipes 2 more times after the first time didn’t work. I appreciate the work.

Terry and Damian were professional and quick. We had 2 different jobs at 2 different houses and I was able to get immediate same day and next day appointments. They explained the issues by showing me the problems and gave me options and up front pricing on fixing the problems. They cleaned up after themselves and other than the problems being fixed and better, you couldn’t even tell they were there. Thank you for a speedy and clean job well done!

They handled our financial situation with care and gave us options, while being honest as to what each option does, the cost, and longevity estimate of each repair option.
Interest free financing was also offered if/when we have to do a full flush out of the line.

My water heater had stopped working. Others I called couldn't even come look at it for several days. Westside was there within an hour of my call. The technician was friendly and helpful and, in less than an hour my water heater was fixed!! And, at a very good price!!

Preston came out, assessed the situation and promptly went to work to clean my drain. He was friendly and professional, and pricing was more than fair. I would definitely recommend this company.
