We are Clearwater Plumbers customers for life; they're an absolutely incredible company that exudes top notch customer service. We've been using them for several years now, but our latest experience sealed the deal.

Recently we had them come out for a sewer pipe inspection from another plumbing company which provided us with a yearly scope of our line. They discovered a slab leak underneath our home due to a shifted sewer line. The estimate to fix the line was very high. We decided to get a second opinion, so we called Clearwater.

Jason and Andrew were able to come out immediately to check the line. They ran a camera through the line and did see the disconnection but further under our slab, quite a bit further than the other company noted in their estimate. Jason gave us a quote that was much more affordable. Jason told me the excavation crew could be there the next day.

The excavation company Clearwater uses was wonderful. I've never seen 3 more hardworking individuals. It was amazing they were able to dig a 10' tunnel under our slab in less than 3 hours.

A day later, Jason and Andrew from Clearwater arrived to take care of the repairs, schedule the final inspection and testing and get the excavation company to backfill the tunnel.

Clearwater seamlessly took care of a major repair with finesse and professionalism. If you need a plumber, Clearwater is the one to call.

Conner and Johnny were great. While we weren't able to isolate the exactly location of the leak today, they were very helpful and explained what they were doing as they attempted to find the issue. They are coming back out with some fancy equipment to nail down the exact location of the very slow leak and expect that they will do a great job. Helpfully, they also pointed out a couple of other potential issues (such as a slow leak in one of the toilets). This is my second time using ClearWater Plumbers and overall I would recommend for your plumbing needs!

So thankful for this great team! Candace was friendly and helpful from the moment I called with no hot water. Then Jacob and Brayden came to fix the problem. They were true professionals and quickly found the issue. Their honesty and integrity are admirable. I now know who we can call and trust them to provide excellent and honest service. Clear water plumbing is amazing! Our water heater burst on a Saturday morning. We called and they got us in same day. I know they were super busy with the storms we just had, but somehow they made it happen! Javier and Johnny were schedule for 4pm and they showed right on time. They jumped right on our issue, got a new water heater and started to install. It was very cold in the garage but they didn’t let that bother them. I was beyond thankful they got us up and running in the same day. Both, Javier and Johnny, were friendly, professional and answered every question we had. I truly appreciate them fixing our issue as quick as they could! I have used Clear Water Plumbing before and will absolutely use them again!

Jason did a great job making sure all of the plumbing was clear from 2 bathrooms to the septic system. And he explained and communicated well every step of the way. We still had to call a Septic service, but this company’s plumbing service was excellent and very reasonably priced!

I’m thrilled to have found Clearwater Plumbers. This week their licensed plumber, Javier, and his assistant Johnny, replaced old cartridges in all 4 of my single-handle shower faucets, replaced two sink faucet cartridges and one toilet flush valve, and thoroughly checked and adjusted my water heaters. Both specialists were friendly, knowledgeable and professional and resolved my hot water availability issues efficiently and with great care to the cleanliness and care of my home. Plus they tested my water quality and gave me recommendations for future consideration.
I also commend their staff who quickly and efficiently handled my initial call, appointment scheduling and satisfaction follow up. The Company also has great communication systems vis phone, text and email. I’m very pleased with the service I received from Clearwater Plumbers and highly recommend their team to resolve all your residential plumbing needs.

Clearwater scheduling was easy. They were actually able to repair my outside facets a day earlier than the original schedule The Techs, Elliott & Brandon diagnosed the problem quickly and provided the estimate. Once I ok’d the estimate they were able to complete the job quickly because they had the tools and parts they needed on the truck.
They explained what needed to be done and kept me appraised of the repair as they went along. Thank you for the quick repair.

I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers. They responded quickly and suggested that I contact the plumbing company that had previously installed my water heater to determine if any warranty remained before ClearWater replaced it. I followed Gary and Braydon’s advice and it was still under warranty. They were looking out for the customer, me. Thank you Gary and Braydon!

Javier and Johnny came out this week to perform my annual home inspection and hot water heater draining. They checked all my water and sewer lines for any issues. They were quick and efficient.

I will call ClearWater Plumbers for my plumbing needs in the future.

Clearwater recently replaced our water heater. We were very pleased with the whole experience. The office team kept us updated with the process and appointment times for the estimate and performing the work. Ross came out to give an estimate and explained all our options. When Ross and Josh arrived to do the work it was completed on time and to a high standard. They worked so quietly we almost forgot they were there. The price of the work was as quoted and it was very easy to pay.

Our old garbage disposal failed today (Saturday 12/23/23) so I installed a new unit, however, the discharge pipe no longer lined up with the drainpipe (longer unit). I attempted a few work arounds, but this was beyond my skill level. After calling four other plumbers, I called Plumb Shield Plumbing (at 3:20pm). The other plumbers were closed for the Christmas holiday weekend, and the one who answered the phone said they might get to us next Friday. With friends and family coming to visit Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we need our dishwasher, garbage disposal, and the sink drain. Terry and Nathan were dispatched to our address, and they arrived within 40 minutes of my initial call, and they got straight to work. After re-configuring the discharge line, they thoroughly checked my disposal installation, and then checked the entire system for leaks. Everything was watertight and working perfectly. I believe the entire repair took these two professionals less than 30 minutes, and the result looks neat and clean. I could not be happier with Terry and Nathan of Plumb Shield Plumbing! They saved this DIYer in my time of need! These are good people, and I have added them to my Contacts for all my future plumbing needs.

Hands down the best plumbing service I’ve ever used! Terry tackled both of my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. His knowledge and experience really showed, especially working with an older home like mine. He was respectful of my space, cleaned everything up afterwards. Honestly, you wouldn’t even know work had been done if it weren’t for the fact that everything is now working perfectly! I’ll definitely be keeping Plumb Shield Plumbing’s number saved for the future.

Nathan and Terry came out on a Saturday before an expected storm and took out my old water heater and put in a new one. They were so nice and patient with all of my questions! I will definitely use Plumbing Shield again and ask for Terry and Nathan!

Terry installed new sediment traps on our gas appliances. He was timely and efficient with the install, highly recommend!

Terry, Damien, and Nathan did an amazing job. We found out our water heater had leaked at 11pm at night. Terry was at our house in just a couple hours to stop the leak and the water heater was replaced the following morning. 10/10

I called this morning to see if I could be squeezed in for a same day service for a water shut-off valve replacement in my kitchen. The plumb sheild team was great at communicating with me on a clear timeline of arrival. Terry and Damien did a quick and amazing job with changing out the valves and installing my new faucet. Terry and Nathan did a great job. They were fast, professional, and honest with their assessment of the job. This was the second time we have used them, and although I hope to never have to have a plumber out again, if I do, then I will call Plumb Shield.

I called plumb shield and they sent Nathan out and he was very efficient and polite and he unclog my sink and fix leaking shower head and cleared out my shower drains I would recommend he and this company to anyone, anytime.
