I am so grateful for Desmond from Royal Flush Plumbing. I was panicked when my wood floors were warped from water damage. He was incredibly responsive to my calls and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was so kind and really listened to all of my concerns. He and his crew were so incredibly thorough and ran and reran their tests to make sure everything was repaired properly. It is easy to fell helpless in these situations but Desmond put my mind at ease. I am thankful I found him! I highly recommend Desmond and Royal Flush Plumbing, and I will definitely be calling Desmond again.

Desmond saved us! In the midst of the chaos and high demand following the freeze, he responded and had us back up and running quickly. He was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous. He took great care to minimize the amount of construction needed to repair the brick on our house where our pipe burst, recommended an equally timely and wonderful company to repair our drywall, and even offered to return to reinstall our dishwasher. We heartily recommend him and will be using Royal Flush for all our plumbing needs!

Atmos Energy informed me of a gas leak when the plumber arrived without conducting a thorough inspection. He informed me and my tenant that the repair would cost $9,000.00 to replace the gas line to the home and that there was no need to investigate for a leak, as this was a common issue in this area with a house built in 1965. I subsequently contacted another WD plumbing company, which identified the leak and repaired it for less than $2,000.00.

We have an older pier & beam home that had galvanized pipes throughout. Started having problems with leaks AND our water heater went bad. KB came out to give me the original estimate. Very professional and nice gentleman. Dealt with Desmond through the rest of the process. It was smooth sailing. City inspector even said they did an excellent job. The customer service was top notch with every encounter we had with the entire crew. It was obvious that Desmond’s goal was for us to be happy & satisfied customers. He was thorough and his attention to detail was much appreciated. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and would highly recommend Royal Flush.

I want to thank Royal Flush Plumbing for sending Ashton to fix my disposal. To some this may not warrant a review but listen it's not JUST about the disposal. Yes, he fixed it but we had a whole conversation about God! His honesty, transparency, and love for God encouraged me. He was very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Richard was so friendly and so knowledgeable. He was on time and really nice. He took care of our stopped up kitchen sinks fairly quickly. The sinks both work great now and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Royal flush and ESPECIALLY Richard. Thank you so much! 😊

23 years as an HVAC technician, I know what good service is and just how bad service can be. Royal flush is a great plumbing service. On time, straight to the point, fixed my leaks and didn’t upsell. Brad Slaten was amazing and quick. Will use them again and will be recommending them to my customers that new plumbing service.

Well, I finally found myself in a plumbing situation where I was in over my head. My daughter in law recommended Royal Flush, as she had dealt with them numerous times at both her previous and current place of employment. I called them early in the morning and they were able to schedule me in within 20 minutes of my call. Richard was the plumber that showed up. I can't speak highly enough about him and the service he provided. Instead of up selling me and trying to convince me of an expensive repair he took time and educated me on a way I could fix the problem myself. While some may think this isn't a "smart business" decision, others will understand that they have gained not only me and every one of my family members as a loyal customers, but I will recommend this company to ANYONE that needs plumbing work.

My name is Beverly Castaneda and I am the daughter of the customer that had the work done in their home.She had extensive work done under the house repairing all of the corroded pipes and all. My mom is 89 years old and was treated with such respect. Desmond was so polite and took time to listen to my mom and didn’t just brush her off. This means a lot to all of us. I would recommend Desmond and Royal Plumbing To anyone! All of his crew did a great job and he oversaw everything very well. He was absolutely wonderful. You guys have a great employee there!! Called Royal flush plumbing and drain cleaning for a leaking garage disposal. They were going to come out the same day and fix it. I couldn’t be home that day but Brad came the next day and resolved the problem. He was very nice, quick and knowledgeable . Would definitely be calling again for any plumbing or drain issues.

Called Royal Flush for a clogged sink and they were able to come out same day. Scott was the best. Not only did he fix the clog quickly, but he educated me about some of the plumbing issues and clog prevention without making me feel stupid.

He also made suggestions for improvements without making me feel like I was just being upsold the whole time.

A little pricier than some other quotes I got but, in this case, I’m happy to say I got what I paid for.

Royal Flush is the plumbing company of your dreams! After 4 plumbing companies, we can look no further and so can you. From Christie the office manager’s greeting on the phone to expediting the plumber that morning to Scott the plumber’s friendliness, above & beyond service and even going to the store to get special caulking for our marble floor was refreshing and unexpected, especially from our recent experiences. They also have an affordable service fee, you will not be disappointed!!!

Dustin and Wes are the only plumbers I will ever use again and I recommend asking for them directly. From beginning to end Royal Flush Plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have posted a picture during the work and then after the work was completed and it looks like no one ever dug a 200ft trench through my yard and driveway, and a 35ft tunnel underneath my house. They were incredibly professional and started the work within days of giving me the estimate (when all other companies were 2+ weeks out).

I recieved 15+ estimates and after speaking with all the different companies Dustin and Wes made me feel like I could trust them more than anyone else. They explained everything in detail and tried to give me the most fair price they could. In the end their price was half of any other estimate I received, I asked what the odds are that price would go up and they said it would Not. Less than 2 weeks later and several unexpected costs the bill stayed the same and the work was done flawlessly. I could not be more happy with experience and hope anyway who replaces their sewer lines calls Dustin and Wes at Royal Flush Plumbing

Royal flush came and worked on my old house. I had a clogged pipe. They did an excellent job trying to get that clog undone. They went above and beyond to achieve that goal. You rock Royal Flush you saved my day!!

Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort.

Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully.

After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Royal Flush!
